产教深度融合:学理依凭、机制内涵与实施寻径

【摘要】：产教深度融合是国家层面对职业教育办学提出的一种目标诉求。其学理依凭是:整合论是产教融合的哲学统驭,协同论是产教融合的合作机理,场域论是产教融合的跨界基础,资源依赖理论是产教融合的逻辑依据。产教深度融合的机制内涵所指包括:动力机制——互需,互动机制——协作,共享机制——多赢,评价机制——范导,学习机制——攻玉。产教深度融合的实施追求策略是理念文化融合,体制机制融合,模式创新融合,专业对接融合,课程深化融合。
[Abstract]:The deep integration of industry and education is a kind of goal appeal to vocational education at the national level. The theory of integration is the philosophical control of the integration of industry and education, the cooperative theory is the cooperation mechanism of the integration of industry and education, the theory of field is the cross-border foundation of the integration of industry and education, and the theory of resource dependence is the logical basis of integration of industry and education. The mechanism connotation of the deep integration of industry and education includes: dynamic mechanism-mutual need, interactive mechanism-cooperation, sharing mechanism-multi-win, evaluation mechanism-fan guide, learning mechanism-attacking jade. The implementation strategy of the deep integration of production and teaching is the integration of idea and culture, the integration of system and mechanism, the integration of model innovation, the integration of specialty and the deepening of curriculum.
