X高职院校ACST实训基地项目管理研究

【摘要】：随着高等教育的不断发展,尤其是高等职业教育的兴起,为国家培养了很多应用型人才。21世纪是“人才的世纪”,随着产业结构的调整变化,我国成为世界上最大的“加工业和制造业基地”,应用型人才需求大大增加。我国自从引进高等职业教育后,大量的高等职业院校成立。这是我国高等教育改革的一项重要举措,自此高等职业教育登上了高等教育的舞台,为我国培养高等应用型人才作出了重要贡献。 高职院校注重在应用型人才方面的培养,注重的是学生的实际动手操作能力。实训基地是高职院校人才培养和教师科研的重要场所,它起着举足轻重的作用。实训基地如何规划,如何建设,如何运行等一系列问题,直接影响着高等职业教育教学质量和人才的培养,从现实意义上讲,实训基地的建设是关系到高等职业教育成功与否的重要指标。 本文以某高职院校计算机应用与软件技术(The application of computer and software technology,英文缩写ACST)实训基地项目建设为背景,探讨如何运用项目管理的理论来规划实训基地项目建设,包括建设项目背景、建设环境及条件分析、可行性必要性分析、风险分析、目标与思路、组织结构、方案形成等内容。实训基地项目的实施、运行和管理方法,包括项目实施计划、组织、资金筹措、进度控制、质量控制和实施保障等内容,并提出了一些关于实训基地建设的思考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher education, especially the rise of higher vocational education, many applied talents have been trained for the country. The 21st century is "the century of talents", and with the adjustment of industrial structure, China has become the largest processing and manufacturing base in the world, and the demand for applied talents has increased greatly. Since the introduction of higher vocational education, a large number of higher vocational colleges and universities have been established in China. This is an important measure in the reform of higher education in our country. Since then, higher vocational education has stepped onto the stage of higher education and made important contributions to the cultivation of higher applied talents in our country. Higher vocational colleges pay attention to the cultivation of applied talents and the practical operation ability of students. Practical training base is an important place for talents training and teachers' scientific research in higher vocational colleges, which plays an important role. A series of problems, such as how to plan, how to build and how to operate, have a direct impact on the teaching quality of higher vocational education and the cultivation of talents. The construction of practical training base is an important index related to the success of higher vocational education. This paper discusses how to use the theory of project management to plan the construction of practical training base project, including the background of construction project, based on the background of computer application and software technology (ACST) training base project construction in a vocational college. Construction environment and conditions analysis, feasibility necessity analysis, risk analysis, objectives and ideas, organizational structure, program formation and so on. The implementation, operation and management of practical training base project, including project implementation plan, organization, fund raising, progress control, quality control and implementation guarantee, etc., are put forward in this paper.
