高职院校技术运行系统及其创新发展

【摘要】:围绕技术开展的技术传授、技术应用及技术创新等教育教学活动构成了高职院校的技术运行系统。政府主导模式的技术运行系统将高职院校定位为技术传授主体、技术应用与创新客体,容易造成高职院校教学中的技术与企业生产应用的技术出现差距。目前,形成"三螺旋"模式的技术运行系统的条件已经成熟。"三螺旋"模式的技术运行系统不仅将高职院校定位为技术传授主体,也定位为技术应用与创新主体,甚至可以应用技术孵化企业,实现高职院校教学的技术与企业生产应用的技术同频共振。在实施路径上,高职院校应突出技术运行系统的实践性,具体措施包括:校企共建三层次递进式实践教学体系,构建"政企校"技术创新体系,创建技术型企业孵化平台。
[Abstract]:The technology teaching activities, such as technology imparting, technology application and technological innovation, make up the technical operation system of higher vocational colleges. The technology operation system of the government-led mode regards higher vocational colleges as the main body of technology imparting and the object of technology application and innovation, which easily leads to the gap between the technology in teaching in higher vocational colleges and the technology used in enterprise production. At present, the conditions for the technical operation system of the "three helix" mode have matured. " The technology operation system of the three-helix mode not only defines higher vocational colleges as the main body of technology teaching, but also as the main body of technology application and innovation, and even can apply technology to incubate enterprises. To realize the same frequency resonance between the teaching technology in higher vocational colleges and the production and application technology in enterprises. In the implementation path, the higher vocational colleges should stress the practicality of the technical operation system. The concrete measures include: constructing the three-level progressive practical teaching system, constructing the technological innovation system of "political enterprise school", and creating the incubating platform of the technology-type enterprise.
