保定市中职学校创业教育问题与对策研究

【摘要】:职业教育是国家教育事业的重要组成部分,在我国经济发展和社会发展中职业教育起到非常重要的作用。在“大众创业、万众创新的”新态势下,创业教育成为21世纪中国教育改革的新亮点,也是中等职业学校培养建设中国经济社会生力军的必然选择。中职学生具有思维灵活、可塑性强、勇于实践的特点,全方位的创业教育有助于把他们培养成为产业升级的助推器。然而,我国中职学校的创业教育面临着十分严峻的形势,中职学校创业教育的研究具有必要性和紧迫性。本文基于目前我国中职学校创业教育的现状,在保定市范围内,选取易县职教中心等5所有代表性的中职学校进行了创业教育情况走访调查,从对创业教育的基本认识、创业教育相关机构及工作人员、创业教育课程设置及师资情况、创业教育内容及实施形式和保障机制五个方面分析了保定市中职学校创业教育的基本现状;在认真梳理基本现状的基础上,提出了保定市创业教育存在目标不清晰、课程设置内容与学生需求脱节、实施方法与途径单一、评价机制不完善等问题;深入挖掘问题存在的根源,找出导致问题存在的原因为创业教育理念相对落后、管理方法相对传统、师资力量相对匮乏、社会支持体系相对欠缺等;在全面分析保定市中职学校创业教育基本现状、存在问题、根本原因的基础上,提出了保定市中职学校创业教育对策,构建了较为完整、科学的创业教育体系,该体系包括四个方面的内容,即全新的创业教育理念体系、科学系统的创业教育内容体系、丰富多样的创业教育实施体系、长效有力的创业教育保障体系。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of national education, which plays an important role in the economic and social development of our country. Under the new situation of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", entrepreneurship education has become a new bright spot in China's educational reform in the 21st century, and it is also an inevitable choice for secondary vocational schools to cultivate and build new forces in China's economy and society. Secondary vocational school students have the characteristics of flexible thinking, strong plasticity, courage to practice, all-round entrepreneurship education is helpful to train them to become a booster of industrial upgrading. However, entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in China is facing a very serious situation, and the research of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools is necessary and urgent. Based on the current situation of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in our country, this paper selects 5 representative secondary vocational schools, such as the vocational education center of Yi County, to carry out a survey on the situation of entrepreneurship education in Baoding City, in order to understand the basic knowledge of entrepreneurship education. The basic status of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in Baoding City is analyzed from five aspects: related institutions and staff, curriculum setting and teachers' situation, contents, implementation forms and guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education. On the basis of combing the basic current situation, the paper puts forward some problems, such as the lack of clear goal, the disconnection between curriculum content and students' needs, the single implementation method and approach, the imperfect evaluation mechanism and so on. Explore the root causes of the problem, find out the causes of the problem is the relatively backward concept of entrepreneurship education, management methods are relatively traditional, the relative lack of teachers, social support system is relatively lacking; On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the basic status, existing problems and fundamental causes of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in Baoding City, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in Baoding City, and constructs a relatively complete and scientific entrepreneurship education system. The system consists of four aspects, namely, a new concept system of entrepreneurship education, a scientific system of entrepreneurship education content system, a rich and diverse implementation system of entrepreneurship education, and a long-term effective entrepreneurship education security system.
