内蒙古高职教育与地方经济发展相适应研究

【摘要】：高职教育与地方经济发展之间存在着相互作用和相互制约的辩证关系。一方面,地方经济发展为高职教育的发展提供物质基础,它决定着高职教育的规模和速度,决定着高职教育的机构和体制。另一方面,高职教育为地方经济发展提供智力和技术支持,促进产业结构优化,拉动地方经济发展。本论文将综合运用教育经济学理论,利用文献研究法、问卷调查法和数据统计法等方面的理论与方法,以内蒙古高职院校为视角,深入探讨内蒙古高职教育与地方经济相适应发展的问题。新世纪以来,内蒙古高职教育随着地方经济的飞速发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩。看到成绩的同时,我们也应正确对待存在的问题,如内蒙古产业结构的调整与高技能人才短缺的矛盾；内蒙古东西区域差异导致高技能人才分布不均衡；内蒙古高职院校专业设置与地方经济发展相脱节；内蒙古高职院校人才培养模式与地方经济发展不协调；内蒙古高职院校人才培养模式单一性不适应地方经济发展需求等。乌海职业技术学院在发展壮大中同样遇到一些问题。针对这些问题,提出了相应解决措施和建议,以促进内蒙古高职教育与地方经济良性相适应发展。
[Abstract]:There is a dialectical relationship between higher vocational education and local economic development. On the one hand, the development of local economy provides the material basis for the development of higher vocational education, which determines the scale and speed of higher vocational education and the institutions and systems of higher vocational education. On the other hand, higher vocational education provides intellectual and technical support for the development of local economy, promotes the optimization of industrial structure and stimulates the development of local economy. This thesis will use the theory and methods of educational economics, literature research, questionnaire survey and data statistics, and take Inner Mongolia higher vocational college as the angle of view. This paper probes into the problems of higher vocational education in Inner Mongolia adapting to the development of local economy. Since the new century, higher vocational education in Inner Mongolia has made remarkable achievements with the rapid development of local economy. At the same time, we should treat the existing problems correctly, such as the contradiction between the adjustment of industrial structure and the shortage of high skilled talents in Inner Mongolia, the imbalance of the distribution of high skilled talents caused by the differences between east and west regions in Inner Mongolia. The specialty establishment of Inner Mongolia higher vocational college is out of touch with the development of local economy; the talent training mode of Inner Mongolia vocational college is not in harmony with the development of local economy; the singularity of talent training mode of Inner Mongolia higher vocational college can not meet the needs of local economic development and so on. Wuhai Vocational and Technical College in the development of the same encountered some problems. In order to promote the development of higher vocational education and local economy in Inner Mongolia, the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.
