构建中职学校德育体系的实践与研究

【摘要】:建立和完善中职学校德育工作机制是我国《中等职业学校德育大纲(2014年修订)》重要特点之一,是中职学校德育工作践行社会主义核心价值观重要体现。本文以广西工业技师学院为例,通过学校生源德育基本状况调查等方式,研究新形势下学校德育教育所面临的挑战与困境;分析学校深化德育教育改革存在的问题,构建中职学校德育体系,从而改变学校德育方式,丰富德育内容,创新德育形式。在剖析问题起因的基础上,根据工作实践,探索了中职德育教育的可行性路径:“校企联手开展德育教育”和“构建德育体系”,贯彻“全员参与”、“全方位开展”的方针,将德育教育贯穿于学生的整个中职教育过程。把继续加强理想信念教育、中国精神教育、工匠精神、道德品行教育、法治知识教育、职业生涯教育、心理健康教育以及时事政策教育等有机结合起来,力求为培养学生具有良好道德品质和文明行为习惯,爱党爱国、拥有梦想、遵纪守法、敬业爱岗、诚信友善,具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高素质劳动者和高技能人才。德育体系的有效运作,应该把握以下工作重点:第一,“校企结合”、“教管结合”、“全面渗透”,随时随地以工作任务作为载体,使得学生潜移默化地得到德育熏陶。第二,教职工积极发挥主导作用,全员参与,坚守工作岗位,为人师表、以身作则,循序渐进地引导学生强化德育素质。第三,“家校合一”,加强家长与校方的交流,提高家长的德育水平,形成德育的“双手”,两手都要抓,两手都要硬。第四,注重与社会各界的沟通,充分利用各种信息手段开展德育教育,占领德育教育的新阵地。随着社会发展的日新月异,尤其是互联网时代的全面来临,无论是现实的社会还是虚拟的社会越来越复杂化,给中职学生的生活方式、学习方式、思维方式带来了深刻的影响。在德育环境和教育对象都发生变化的情况下,广大教育工作者有责任对变化了的形势做出恰当的判断,并提出改进工作的措施,因时因地制宜地完善德育体系,为国家培养更多合格的技能型人才。
[Abstract]:Establishing and perfecting the mechanism of moral education in secondary vocational schools is one of the important characteristics of moral education outline of secondary vocational schools (revised in 2014), and it is also an important embodiment of the practice of socialist core values in moral education in secondary vocational schools. This paper takes Guangxi Institute of Industrial Mechanics as an example, studies the challenges and difficulties faced by the school moral education under the new situation, and analyzes the problems existing in deepening the moral education reform through the investigation of the basic situation of moral education in schools. In order to change the way of moral education, enrich the content of moral education and innovate the form of moral education, we should construct the moral education system of secondary vocational schools. On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems, according to the work practice, this paper probes into the feasible ways of moral education in secondary vocational schools: "developing moral education jointly by schools and enterprises" and "constructing moral education system", carrying out the policy of "full participation" and "all-around development". Moral education will run through the whole secondary vocational education process. To continue to strengthen the ideal and belief education, the Chinese spiritual education, the craftsman spirit, the moral character education, the rule of law education, the professional career education, the mental health education and the current affairs policy education, etc. In order to cultivate students with good moral quality and civilized behavior habits, love the party patriotic, have a dream, obey the law, work hard, love the post, honesty and friendliness, have a sense of social responsibility, Innovative spirit and practical ability of high-quality workers and high-skilled personnel. The effective operation of the moral education system should grasp the following key points: first, the combination of school and enterprise, the combination of teaching and management, the comprehensive penetration, and the carrier of work tasks at any time and anywhere make the students imperceptibly influenced by moral education. Second, the teaching staff actively play a leading role, participate in all staff, stick to their work, be good examples, lead students to strengthen moral education quality step by step. Third, "combining home and school", strengthening the communication between parents and school authorities, improving parents' moral education level, forming the "hands" of moral education, both hands should be grasped and both hands must be hard. Fourth, pay attention to the communication with all walks of life, make full use of all kinds of information means to carry out moral education, occupy the new position of moral education. With the rapid development of society, especially the advent of the Internet era, both the real society and the virtual society are becoming more and more complicated, which has brought profound influence to the way of life, study and thinking of the secondary vocational school students. With the change of the moral education environment and the educational object, it is the duty of the educators to make a proper judgment on the changed situation, and to put forward the measures to improve the work so as to perfect the moral education system according to the local conditions. Train more qualified technical talents for the country.
