加强通识教育培养职业院校学生可持续发展能力

【摘要】：正"通识教育"作为一种教育思想或教育价值取向,是培养学生可持续发展能力的重要途径,这一认识在世界范围内已被广泛接受。今天的"通识教育"已从高等教育领域延伸至职业教育和中学教育范畴,成为专业教育的补充,对于完善各级各类人才培养体系发挥着举足轻重的作用。对于职业教育而言,忽视学生综合素质的培养、过度注重单纯的技能训练或某一职业知识的学习已不能很好地适应未来职业环境变化的需要。企业更需要的是综合
[Abstract]:As a kind of educational thought or educational value orientation, general education is an important way to cultivate students' ability of sustainable development, which has been widely accepted in the world. Today's "general education" has been extended from the field of higher education to vocational education and middle school education. It has become a supplement to professional education and plays an important role in perfecting the personnel training system at all levels and types. For vocational education, neglecting the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and paying too much attention to the simple skill training or the study of a certain professional knowledge can no longer meet the needs of the changes in the future occupational environment. What enterprises need more is synthesis.
