社会工作专业实践课程教学模式研究

【摘要】:社会工作专业实践课程的教学应当划分为技能教授和实训练习两个环节,传统的教学模式重在以案例分析、情景模拟等方式进行技能的教授和练习。然而这些方式缺乏与真实社会的联结,容易造成学生课堂学习和岗位要求的脱节。为了更好地培养学生的职业能力,促进教学与就业的对接,应当突出学生在学习中的主体地位,在技能教授环节引入体验学习的方式,在实训练习环节引入服务—学习的方式。
[Abstract]:The teaching of the practical course of social work should be divided into two parts: skill teaching and practice. The traditional teaching mode is to teach and practice skills by case analysis and situational simulation. However, the lack of connection with the real society easily leads to the disconnection between students' classroom learning and job requirements. In order to cultivate students' professional ability and promote the connection between teaching and employment, we should emphasize the main position of students in learning, introduce the way of experiential learning in the link of skill teaching, and introduce the way of service-learning in the link of practical training and practice.
