高职院校教师职教能力发展研究

【摘要】：高等职业院校不同于普通高校,它更侧重于职业素养和职业能力培养,更重视学生动手能力和职业发展。因此,对于高职院校教育工作的一线实践者-教师来说,具备高等职业教育所需的特殊的职教能力显得十分重要。职教能力直接影响教师的教学行为和教学质量。本研究将高职院校教师职教能力作为研究对象,以河源职业技术学院为个案,探讨了不同路径是如何促进高职教师职教能力的发展,力图为我国高职院校教师职教能力发展提供参考和借鉴。研究了国内高职院校教师职教能力相关文献,分析了国外(美国、德国、澳大利亚)职业院校教师职教能力发展的成功案例,在此基础上,根据高职教育的特殊性,提出高职院校教师职教能力包括:课程执行能力(资源开发与设计能力、实施能力、评价能力)、社会实践能力、学生指导能力(指导学生专业学习、技能竞赛、实习及就业的能力)三种能力。对河源职业技术学院进行案例研究,提出高职院校教师职教能力发展关系到学校、学生的发展,也是教师自身发展的重要组成部分。这是一项系统工程,需要高职院校、教师、企业的共同努力。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges are different from ordinary colleges and universities. They pay more attention to the cultivation of professional accomplishment and vocational ability, and to the students' practical ability and professional development. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to have the special ability of higher vocational education. The ability of vocational education directly affects teachers' teaching behavior and teaching quality. This study takes the vocational education ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object, taking Heyuan Vocational and Technical College as a case study, and probes into how different paths promote the development of vocational education ability of higher vocational teachers. This paper tries to provide reference and reference for the development of teachers' vocational education ability in higher vocational colleges. This paper studies the relevant literature of teachers' vocational education ability in higher vocational colleges in China, analyzes the successful cases of teachers' vocational education ability development abroad (USA, Germany, Australia), and on this basis, according to the particularity of higher vocational education, It is pointed out that the ability of vocational education of teachers in higher vocational colleges includes: ability of curriculum execution (ability of resource development and design, ability of implementation, ability of evaluation), ability of social practice, ability of student guidance (ability of directing students' professional study, skill competition). Intern and employability) three abilities. Based on the case study of Heyuan Vocational and Technical College, it is pointed out that the development of teachers' vocational education ability in higher vocational colleges is related to the school, and the development of students is also an important part of teachers' own development. This is a system engineering, need the joint efforts of higher vocational colleges, teachers and enterprises.
