辽宁省中职“教学名师”专业发展的外源性影响因素研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育是社会经济发展的基础工程之一,而中等职业教育能否发挥其重要作用,关键是要有一支高素质、高水平的师资团队。当下,中等职业教育在发展过程中存在着诸多制约因素,而师资队伍水平不高则成为最主要的制约因素。高素质、高水平的中职教师队伍不仅仅需要教师们的自身努力,更需要有良好的外部环境支持。中职“教学名师”是在理论教学或实践教学中有突出成就的教师群体,他们善于学习,善于协作互助,关爱学生。 中职教师队伍水平的提升需要“教学名师”来引领。那么,将“教学名师”在专业发展过程中重要的外源性影响因素提取出来,为培养更多的“教学名师”准备充足的外部条件,使更多的教师成长为“教学名师”,从整体上带动整个中职师资队伍建设,提升整个师资队伍水平则显得尤为重要。 本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对获得“首届辽宁省职业院校教学名师”殊荣的50位“中职教学名师”专业发展的外源性影响因素进行调查研究,以期探索影响中职教学名师专业发展的外源性影响因素,培养出更多的中职“教学名师”提供完善的外部环境支持和保障,从而使众多想成为“教学名师”的教师搭建一个通往名师发展的平台与桥梁,带动整个中职师资队伍的发展,进一步提升我国中职教育的质量。 本研究以教师专业发展理论为理论指导,通过对名师们的成长材料的整理分析以及通过问卷调查及访谈的方式获得“教学名师”们的成长经历及他们成长的重要外源性影响因素。 本研究包括五部分:第一部分:绪论,包括问题的提出,研究的意义,文献综述,概念界定等;第二部分:关于辽宁省中职“教学名师”基本情况的介绍,对50位“教学名师”所在的地区、性别、年龄、职称等情况进行了统计分析;第三部分:关于辽宁省中职“教学名师”专业发展的外源性影响因素调查结果;第四部分:关于辽宁省中职“教学名师”专业发展的外源性影响因素调查结果的讨论:第五部分:关于构建中职教师成长为“教学名师”的外部环境的建议,包括中等职业学校要为处于不同发展阶段的教师提供相应的培训等。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is one of the basic projects of social and economic development, and whether secondary vocational education can play an important role is to have a high quality and high level teaching staff. At present, there are many restrictive factors in the development of secondary vocational education, and the low level of teachers is the most important factor. High-quality, high-level secondary vocational teachers need not only their own efforts, but also the good external environment. The "famous teacher" in secondary vocational school is a group of teachers who have outstanding achievements in theory teaching or practical teaching. They are good at learning, good at cooperation and mutual help, caring for students. In order to improve the level of teachers in secondary vocational schools, it is necessary to lead by famous teachers. In that case, we can extract the important exogenous influencing factors in the process of professional development, prepare sufficient external conditions for training more "famous teachers", and make more teachers grow into "famous teachers of teaching". As a whole, it is very important to promote the construction of the teaching staff and improve the level of the teaching staff. In this study, the questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate and study the exogenous factors affecting the professional development of 50 "famous teachers in vocational colleges of Liaoning province" who won the award of "teaching famous teachers in the first vocational colleges of Liaoning province". In order to explore the external factors that affect the professional development of the famous teachers in secondary vocational schools, and cultivate more "famous teachers" in secondary vocational schools to provide perfect external environment support and protection. So that many teachers who want to become "famous teachers" build a platform and bridge to the development of famous teachers, promote the development of the whole secondary vocational teachers team, and further improve the quality of secondary vocational education in China. This study is guided by the theory of teacher professional development. Through the analysis of the growing materials of the famous teachers and the way of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper obtains the growth experience of the "famous teachers" and the important exogenous factors influencing their growth. This research includes five parts: the first part: the introduction, including the question raising, the significance of the research, the literature review, the concept definition and so on; the second part: about the Liaoning Province secondary vocational school "teaching famous teacher" the basic situation introduction, the second part: about the Liaoning Province secondary vocational school "teaching famous teacher" the basic situation introduction, This paper makes a statistical analysis on the area, gender, age, professional title of 50 "famous teaching teachers" in Liaoning Province. Part three: the results of investigation on the exogenous factors affecting the professional development of "famous teaching teachers" in secondary vocational schools in Liaoning Province; The fourth part: the discussion on the investigation results of the exogenous factors influencing the professional development of the "famous teachers of teaching" in Liaoning Province: part five: suggestions on the construction of the external environment for the teachers of secondary vocational schools to grow into "famous teachers of teaching". Including secondary vocational schools to provide teachers at different stages of development to provide corresponding training and so on.
