高职院校物流管理专业人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济全球化和信息化的发展，物流业在国民经济中的主体地位不断的显现出来。物流业已从为社会提供传统服务扩展到以现代科技、管理和信息化为支撑的综合物流服务，构成涉及生产、流通和消费过程的物流系统，成为适应当今世界经济最新发展趋势的重要产业。交通物流是人才和技术密集型行业，物流企业的经营和管理要求拥有一批具备熟悉服务对象的生产、经营和销售，，熟悉物流服务组织、运输组织管理相关业务，熟悉市场营销和计算机网络技术以及物流信息开发维护等多方面的应用型专业人才。据初步调查，物流人才是全国紧缺人才之一，而物流一线操作的技术应用型物流人才更是重中之缺。作为培养职业型技能人才的高职院校，则承担着培养的重担。本文以高职院校物流管理专业人才培养模式的为研究对象，分析了高职院校如何构建物流管理专业人才培养模式。作者结合本职工作，在深入调研并查阅相关文献的基础上，以陕西某高职院校为例，分别从人才目标的定位与规格、教学手段与方法、物流管理专业人才课程培养体系、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设、人才考核标准对物流管理专业人才培养模式构建做出阐述。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and information technology, the main position of logistics industry in the national economy is constantly emerging. The logistics industry has expanded from providing traditional services to integrated logistics services supported by modern science and technology, management and information, forming a logistics system involving production, circulation and consumption processes. Become the important industry that adapts to the latest development trend of the world economy today. Transportation logistics is a talent and technology-intensive industry. The management and management of logistics enterprises require a group of production, management and sales with familiar service objects, familiar with logistics service organization, transportation organization management related business, Familiar with marketing and computer network technology as well as logistics information development and maintenance and other aspects of the application of professionals. According to the preliminary investigation, logistics talents are one of the scarce talents in our country, and the technical applied logistics talents in the first line of logistics operation are even more scarce. Higher vocational colleges, as a kind of vocational talents, bear the burden of training. This paper takes the training mode of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges as the research object, and analyzes how to construct the talent training mode of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges. Combined with his own work, on the basis of in-depth investigation and reference of relevant literature, the author takes a vocational college in Shaanxi as an example, respectively from the orientation and specification of talent objectives, teaching methods and methods, logistics management professional talent curriculum training system. The construction of practical training base, the construction of teaching staff and the standard of talent assessment are expounded on the construction of personnel training mode of logistics management specialty.
