英国高等学徒制人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:自2014年起,我国提出进行现代学徒制试点工作,其中深化工学结合人才培养模式改革是试点工作的核心内容,由此可见随着科技进步与产业结构升级我国已认识到高水平技术人才培养的重要性。在国际范围内,英国创建高等学徒制项目的背景与我国十分相似,研究英国高等学徒制人才培养模式的实施经验对我国高职院校现代学徒制试点工作有借鉴意义。本研究通过收集英国高等学徒制项目相关政策和文献,以中外学者的研究为基础,对英国高等学徒制人才培养模式中的人才培养目标、人才培养方案、课程体系和人才培养方式四个要素进行分析,并以英国数字技术方案专业高等学徒制人才培养模式作为案例进行说明,以期总结英国高等学徒制人才培养模式的经验,为我国高职现代学徒制试点工作予以一定启示。本研究除了序言章节之外,一共分为五个部分:第一部分,对英国高等学徒制产生和发展进行分析,发现90年代英国经济的恢复、就业市场结构调整、英国现代学徒制的发展和改革是建立高等学徒制最主要的诱因。第二部分,论述高等学徒制人才培养模式的现状,其人才培养是偏重培养实践能力的培养目标、人才培养方案、课程体系和多元利益主体协作的人才培养组织方式。第三部分,以数字技术专业高等学徒制项目的人才培养模式为例,分析4、5、6三个等级高等学徒制人才培养具体的实施细节。第四部分,依据高等学徒制人才培养模式和具体人才培养案例对英国高等学徒制人才培养模式基本特征进行总结,认为其先进经验在于培养目标的设立兼顾职业能力与应用综合技能、雇主主导学徒制人才培养标准的制定、模块化层级化的课程设置、工作本位的实践教学和雇主在多元利益相关者中的主导地位。第五部分,结合我国实际情况对我国职业院校现代学徒制试点工作的人才培养模式构建提出四点启示,一是规范政府行为;二是建立国家职业资格认定体系和开发职业能力标准;三是设立工作本位评估方式;最后确立企业在人才培养中的主导地位。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, our country has proposed to carry out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system, in which deepening the reform of the mode of training talents combined with work and learning is the core content of the pilot work. Therefore, with the development of science and technology and the upgrading of industrial structure, our country has realized the importance of training high level technical talents. In the international scope, the background of establishing the higher apprenticeship system in Britain is very similar to that of our country. The study of the experience in the implementation of the British higher apprenticeship system talent training model has reference significance for the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges in our country. Through collecting relevant policies and documents of British higher Apprenticeship Program, based on the research of Chinese and foreign scholars, this study aims at talent training target and talent training scheme in British higher Apprenticeship Talent training Model. This paper analyzes the four elements of the curriculum system and the mode of talent training, and takes the British digital technology scheme as a case study to illustrate the mode of higher apprenticeship talent training, in order to sum up the experience of the British higher apprenticeship talent training model. It will enlighten the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges in our country. In addition to the preface, this study is divided into five parts: the first part, the analysis of the emergence and development of the British higher apprenticeship system, found that the 90's recovery of the British economy, the adjustment of the employment market structure, The development and reform of modern English apprenticeship system is the most important inducement for the establishment of higher apprenticeship system. The second part discusses the current situation of the higher apprenticeship talent training mode, whose talent cultivation is focused on the cultivation of practical ability, talent training program, curriculum system and multi-stakeholders cooperation of talent training organization. In the third part, taking the talent training model of the higher apprenticeship program of digital technology as an example, this paper analyzes the specific implementation details of the three grades of apprenticeship talent training. The fourth part, according to the higher apprenticeship talent training model and specific talent training cases to the British higher apprenticeship talent training model basic characteristics are summarized. It is believed that its advanced experience lies in the establishment of training objectives, the combination of vocational ability and applied comprehensive skills, the formulation of employer-led apprenticeship personnel training standards, and the modularization and hierarchical curriculum. Job-based practical teaching and employers' dominant position among multiple stakeholders. The fifth part, combined with the actual situation of our country, puts forward four enlightenments to the construction of the personnel training mode of the modern apprenticeship system pilot work in our vocational colleges, one is to standardize the government behavior; The second is to establish the national professional qualification system and the development of professional competence standards; the third is to set up a work-based evaluation method; finally, to establish the leading position of enterprises in the training of talents.
