我国高职院校校企联合办学的研究

【摘要】:近年来高校毕业生数量逐年走高,数据显示,2Ol3年将达667万,2Ol5年691万,大学生就业问题成了一个全社会关注的问题,随着社会经济的发展和政府的政策支持,就业的严峻形势在一定程度上得到缓和,但是就业的结构性矛盾非常突出。一方面有的毕业生找不到工作,很多普通管理和文职等求职者大于需求,竞争激烈不好就业;另一方面,许多技能型和综合应用型岗位严重缺人,造成这些企业出现“技工荒”。就业是生存的根本,事关学生和家长的切身利益,事关企业发展前进的动力,事关我国教育的发展方向,重点要解决就业结构性的矛盾。高职人才培养模式的滞后是造成当今就业结构性矛盾的原因之一,为解决高职院校所培养的人才类型和企业所需的人才类型不相匹配的矛盾,企业应该参与到学校的人才培养中来,使学校和企业各自的优势在人才培养中得以充分发挥。社会缺少技能型高级人才,学校就培养这样的人才,企业联合学校一起培养,,才可以解决企业人才问题,校企联合的高等职业教育模式就在这种情况得到发展,并且要在各方的共同努力下,吸取成功的经验,制定符合时代发展需要的政策去完善这种模式。 随着我国高职教育发展迅速,其中,作为凸现高职教育特色的关键——校企合作对培养高职人才意义重大,已成为高职教育改革发展的重点,引起了社会的普遍关注。然而,对于校企合作,无论是高职院校还是企业,无论是在理论认识还是具体实践,都还存在很多问题。如何克服传统校企合作存在的困境,实现新型校企合作的突破,是一个亟待解决的新课题。本论文研究拟从全面、深入分析目前我国高职教育在校企合作上的问题入手,通过借鉴发达国家校企合作办学成功的经验,利用SWOT模型分析我国开展校企联合所存在的优势、劣势以及外部环境等,结合我国实际情况进行存优补缺,探讨如何创新我国高职教育校企合作办学的模式,并提出推动高职教育校企合作办学的政策措施的建议,以期在有限范围内把高职教育校企合作推向深入,使之更好地服务地方经济和社会事业的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year. The data show that the annual number of 2Ol3 will reach 6.67 million and 2Ol5 6.91 million. The employment of college students has become a problem of concern to the whole society. With the development of social economy and government policy support, The grim situation of employment is alleviated to some extent, but the structural contradiction of employment is very prominent. On the one hand, some graduates are unable to find jobs. Many job seekers, such as ordinary management and clerical workers, are in greater demand than they need, and the competition is fierce. On the other hand, many skilled and comprehensive application-oriented jobs are seriously short of people. Cause these enterprises to appear "craftsman shortage". Employment is the foundation of survival, which concerns the vital interests of students and parents, the motive force of enterprise development and the direction of education in our country. The key point is to solve the structural contradiction of employment. The lag of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges is one of the causes of the structural contradictions in employment. In order to solve the contradiction between the types of talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges and the types of talents needed by enterprises, Enterprises should participate in the training of talents in schools, so that the respective advantages of schools and enterprises can be brought into full play. There is a lack of skilled and senior talents in society. Schools train such talents, and joint schools can solve the problem of enterprise talents. The pattern of higher vocational education combined with schools and enterprises has been developed in this situation. And with the joint efforts of all parties, we should draw on successful experiences and formulate policies that meet the needs of the times to perfect this model. With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China, as the key to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation has become the focus of higher vocational education reform and development, which is of great significance to the cultivation of higher vocational talents. However, there are still many problems in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, both in theory and practice. How to overcome the difficulties existing in the cooperation of traditional schools and enterprises and realize the breakthrough of new types of cooperation between schools and enterprises is a new task to be solved urgently. This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the cooperation of higher vocational education in our country from a comprehensive and in-depth perspective, and analyze the advantages of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in China by using the SWOT model for reference from the successful experience of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in developed countries. This paper discusses how to innovate the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on policies and measures to promote school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education. The aim is to push the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education to a deeper level in order to better serve the development of local economy and social undertakings.
