基于国际比较视野的高职院校治理结构研究

【摘要】：大学治理结构是现代大学制度的核心部分。高职院校治理结构的核心,是平衡和调动利益相关主体的力量,推进高等职业教育发展。文章通过实地考察德国应用技术大学和职业学院的治理模式改革,以及对美国、澳大利亚、日本等职业教育治理制度的源流及创新发展梳理,拓宽了相关研究的视角,充分吸收高等职业院校治理理论探索与实践经验的精髓,提出了我国深化高等职业院校治理结构关键领域改革的举措,加快构建发展现代职业教育的保障和运行体系。
[Abstract]:The university governance structure is the core part of the modern university system. The core of the governance structure of higher vocational colleges is to balance and mobilize the power of stakeholders to promote the development of higher vocational education. Through the field investigation of the governance model reform of German applied technology university and vocational college, and the source and innovation development of American, Australian and Japanese vocational education governance system, the article broadens the angle of view of relevant research. By fully absorbing the quintessence of the theoretical exploration and practical experience of the governance of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some measures to deepen the reform in the key areas of the governance structure of higher vocational colleges and universities, and to accelerate the construction of the guarantee and operation system for the development of modern vocational education.
