职业教育政策生态与生态的职业教育政策

【摘要】：科学的职业教育政策的制定,呼唤科学的职业教育政策研究。科学的职业教育政策必然是符合政策生态价值取向的,生态价值取向的职业教育政策是职业教育事业改革和发展走向科学合理的政策前提与保障。对于职业教育政策生态内涵的理解,可以从职业教育外部环境、职业教育内部环境和职业教育政策自身的系统三个维度予以把握。无论是在理论抑或是实践层面,生态取向的职业教育政策,要求在职业教育政策活动的整个过程中,遵循整体性原则、关联性原则和动态平衡原则。
[Abstract]:The formulation of scientific vocational education policy calls for scientific vocational education policy research. The scientific vocational education policy is bound to accord with the ecological value orientation of the policy. The ecological value orientation vocational education policy is the premise and guarantee for the reform and development of vocational education to be scientific and reasonable. The understanding of the ecological connotation of vocational education policy can be grasped from three dimensions: the external environment of vocational education, the internal environment of vocational education and the system of vocational education policy itself. The ecologically oriented vocational education policy, whether in theory or practice, requires the principles of integrity, relevance and dynamic balance in the whole process of the policy activities of vocational education.
