论高职科研文化的构建

【摘要】：文化无形地影响着人们的实践活动、认识活动和思维方式。在高职教育由规模扩张向内涵发展的转变中,高职科研文化的构建对适应高职院校内涵建设转型、推动高职院校走产学研结合之路、正确处理教学与科研关系以及提升高职院校人才培养质量有着重要意义。高职科研文化的构建应遵循校本原则、教研结合原则、区域原则、产学结合原则、错位发展原则等基本原则,并从精神文化、制度文化、行为文化等层面入手,推进高职科研文化构建工作。
[Abstract]:Culture invisibly affects people's practical activities, cognitive activities and ways of thinking. In the transformation of higher vocational education from scale expansion to connotation development, the construction of scientific research culture in higher vocational education has been adapted to the transformation of connotation construction in higher vocational colleges and has promoted the combination of production, learning and research in higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to correctly deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research and to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. The construction of scientific research culture in higher vocational colleges should follow the basic principles such as school-based principle, combination of teaching and research principle, regional principle, combination principle of production and study, dislocation development principle and so on, and start from the aspects of spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture and so on. To promote the construction of scientific research culture in higher vocational education.
