基于心理契约的高职院校兼职教师管理研究
[Abstract]:Part-time teachers mainly mean that in order to adapt to the development of higher vocational education, to achieve the training goal of higher vocational education, to meet the needs of higher vocational education teaching, According to the actual situation, colleges and universities employ professionals with rich practical experience, experience and professional skills, high theoretical level, professional knowledge and teaching ability from all kinds of social industries (mainly enterprises). Strengthening the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in improving the quality of higher vocational education and realizing the long-term plan of national education development. Based on the current situation and existing problems of part-time teachers' management, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, probes into the important role of constructing psychological contracts, and finally puts forward the strategies of constructing psychological contracts. The research shows that the problems existing in the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges are mainly reflected in the imperfect process of recruitment, which leads to the intermingling of good and bad teachers, the weak organization of teachers and the lack of self-identity. Schools have little controllable power to teachers, difficult behavior binding; lack of long-term planning and humanistic care for teachers; Part-time teachers related to the management system lag behind, and so on. The reasons are national and industry associations, schools and part-time teachers themselves. Therefore, the construction of psychological contract between higher vocational colleges and part-time teachers becomes the key to solve the problem: strictly recruiting part-time teachers, creating good psychological contract, strengthening effective communication, preventing psychological contract violation; Designing perfect part-time teachers' career planning, shaping valuable "prospect", establishing scientific performance management system, improving the level of psychological contract, and creating a campus organizational culture atmosphere full of trust and intimacy.
