中职旅游专业学生普通话行业实践能力培养研究

【摘要】：普通话行业实践能力是中职旅游专业学生应该拥有的一项能够适应、胜任未来旅游工作岗位的关键能力。然而，当前的中职旅游专业学生普通话行业实践能力的培养教学却存在诸多问题，教学效果难以保证。调查表明，，中职旅游专业普通话行业实践能力培养教学主要存在三个迫切需要解决的问题：教学脱离行业需求；教学缺乏系统有效的理论指导；教学方法比较单一。这种现状的根本原因是中职旅游专业学生普通话行业实践能力培养教学还处于探索阶段，缺乏相关理论的指导。为了解决上述问题，文章对中职旅游专业普通话行业实践能力概念进行了界定，系统阐述了教学理论基础、教学目标、教学原则、教学内容和教学策略，初步形成了“将培养学生普通话行业实践能力与学生日常生活、学习相结合，与行业实践相结合，在实践中培养”的普通话教学理念。明确了发音准确、表达清晰通顺，语调适宜、表达得体自然，语言自然、表达流畅精彩三级教学目标；提出了基础性与行业性相结合，情境性与参与性相结合，模仿性与创造性相结合，得体性与机智性相结合等教学原则；系统总结了教学内容，一是旅游行业就业导向下的中职旅游专业学生普通话行业实践能力培养，包括发音准确、表达清晰、语调适宜、倾听回应、礼貌用语、角色适应、体态语和机智流畅，二是选编中职旅游专业学生普通话行业实践能力培养的补充教材；提出了教学策略，即示范模仿、情境体验、分组模拟、思维拓展、阶段推进和行业实践。文章还论述了笔者所在学校为学生学习普通话提供环境、展示平台，学生在日常生活、在学校和在行业中培养普通话行业实践能力等方面所做的教学实践和探索，指出了教学实践、探索取得的成效。
[Abstract]:The practical ability of Putonghua industry is a key ability for students of secondary vocational tourism major to adapt and be competent for future tourism jobs. However, at present, there are many problems in the training of practical ability of tourism students in secondary vocational school, and the teaching effect is difficult to guarantee. The investigation shows that there are three problems that need to be solved urgently in the practical ability training of the tourism profession in the secondary vocational school: the teaching is divorced from the needs of the profession, the teaching lacks systematic and effective theoretical guidance, and the teaching method is relatively simple. The basic reason of this situation is that the practical ability training of tourism students in secondary vocational school is still in the exploratory stage and lacks the guidance of relevant theories. In order to solve the above problems, the paper defines the concept of practical ability of Putonghua profession in secondary vocational tourism specialty, and expounds systematically the theoretical basis of teaching, teaching objectives, teaching principles, teaching contents and teaching strategies. The putonghua teaching idea of "training students' practical ability of Putonghua industry and students' daily life, learning and practice, and cultivating them in practice" has been formed preliminarily. Clear accurate pronunciation, clear and smooth expression, appropriate intonation, appropriate and natural expression, natural language, fluent and wonderful three teaching objectives; Some teaching principles are put forward, such as the combination of basic and industry, situational and participatory, imitation and creativity, appropriateness and wit. The teaching contents are summarized systematically. One is the cultivation of practical ability of tourism students in the secondary vocational school under the guidance of employment, including accurate pronunciation, clear expression, appropriate intonation, listening to response, polite language and role adaptation. Body language and witty fluency, the second is to select and compile the secondary vocational tourism students' practical ability of Putonghua training supplementary materials; Some teaching strategies are put forward, which are demonstration imitation, situational experience, group simulation, thought expansion, stage advance and industry practice. The paper also discusses the teaching practice and exploration in the aspects of providing the environment for the students to learn Putonghua, displaying the platform, the students' daily life, training the practical ability of the Putonghua industry in the school and in the profession, etc. This paper points out the teaching practice and the effect of exploration.
