转型社会中的中职教育

【摘要】：30多年中国社会的转型,对教育的影响极其深刻。中等职业教育在社会转型前后发生的变化非常明显,包括办学体制、就业分配等等方面。转型中,中等职业教育演变成被歧视的教育、穷人的教育。社会经济的高速发展和经济结构的变化,对技能人才的需求十分迫切,这是国家高度重视中职教育的大背景。但是国家意志与家长的愿望并不吻合。家长送子入学是要求学生个体的发展,从而改变家庭的命运。进入新的世纪以后,中职教育开始萎缩已成趋势。中职教育今后的发展,要从“为经济建设服务,输送技能型人才”为目的向“以人为本,改变穷人家庭代际传递”为目的转变。发展的途径应该从创造底层大众“体面的劳动”与“有尊严的生活”入手进行改革和创新,让中职教育具有吸引力。
[Abstract]:Over 30 years of social transformation in China, the impact on education is extremely profound. Secondary vocational education changes obviously before and after social transformation, including school system, employment distribution and so on. In the transition, secondary vocational education evolved into the education of discrimination, the education of the poor. With the rapid development of social economy and the change of economic structure, the demand for skilled personnel is very urgent, which is the background in which the state attaches great importance to secondary vocational education. But the will of the state does not coincide with the wishes of parents. Parents send children to school to change the fate of the family by requiring the individual development of the student. After entering the new century, secondary vocational education began to shrink has become a trend. The development of secondary vocational education in the future should change from "serving for economic construction and transporting skilled talents" to "people-oriented and changing the transmission of poor families". The way of development should start with the creation of "decent work" and "dignified life" for the bottom masses to reform and innovate so as to make secondary vocational education attractive.
