中等职业学校兼职教师管理研究

【摘要】:改革开放30年以来,我国中等职业教育有了突飞猛进的发展,规模不断扩大,已经占据了高中阶段教育的半壁江山,基本实现了普通高中和中等职业教育的规模大体相当的发展目标。在教育规模取得不断可喜成绩的同时,也应注重教育质量的提高,因为规模和质量是衡量教育发展的两个重要指标,只有数量和质量共同发展才能促进中等职业教育的可持续发展。提高中等职业教育的教学质量是当前质量建设的核心和关键,而教师又是其中非常关键的因素。面对师资结构有欠合理、教师实践能力不强、“双师型”教师培养体系不够完善等内部不足的现状,外部的师资补充就显得尤为重要,兼职教师的重要地位就突显出来。对兼职教师的管理也成为教师队伍建设所要解决的另一个难题。本文针对兼职教师的特点,试图探讨出一系列管理措施,完善兼职教师的管理。 本文共四章。第一章是概述,着重论述问题的提出、研究意义、研究方法、国内外现状和中等职业学校兼职教师内涵和形成背景。第二章是相关的管理理论。第三章是中等职业学校兼职教师的管理现状,从数量等五个方面展示了兼职教师队伍发展状况,从七个方面论述了兼职教师管理的不足。第四章是整篇论文的重要章节。从政府、企业和学校三个方面对兼职教师管理中出现的问题提出相应的对策。 中等职业学校兼职教师是对教师队伍不足的重要补充,,合理有效的对其进行管理能促使兼职教师作用最大程度的发挥,促进“双师型”教师队伍的完善,促进中等职业教育的可持续发展。本文对如何建立起一支师德高尚、业务精良、技术过硬、结构合理和相对稳定的中等职业学校兼职教师队伍有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, China's secondary vocational education has developed by leaps and bounds, and its scale has been continuously expanded. It has already occupied half of the senior middle school education. Has basically realized the general high school and the secondary vocational education scale roughly the same development goal. While the scale of education has made continuous gratifying achievements, attention should also be paid to the improvement of the quality of education, because scale and quality are two important indicators for measuring the development of education. Only quantity and quality develop together can promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education. To improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational education is the core and key of the current quality construction, and the teacher is one of the key factors. In the face of the unreasonable structure of teachers, the weak practical ability of teachers and the imperfect training system of "double qualified" teachers, the external supplement of teachers is particularly important, and the important position of part-time teachers is highlighted. The management of part-time teachers has also become another difficult problem to be solved in the construction of teachers. According to the characteristics of part-time teachers, this paper attempts to explore a series of management measures to improve the management of part-time teachers. There are four chapters in this paper. The first chapter is an overview, focusing on the questions raised, research significance, research methods, the current situation at home and abroad and secondary vocational school part-time teachers connotation and formation background. The second chapter is the related management theory. The third chapter is the management status of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools. It shows the development of part-time teachers from five aspects such as quantity, and discusses the deficiencies of part-time teachers management from seven aspects. The fourth chapter is the important chapter of the whole thesis. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems in the management of part-time teachers from three aspects: government, enterprise and school. Part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools are an important supplement to the shortage of teachers. Reasonable and effective management of part-time teachers can promote the maximum role of part-time teachers and promote the improvement of "double-qualified" teachers. To promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education. This paper is of great significance to the establishment of a contingent of part-time teachers of secondary vocational schools with noble ethics, excellent business, excellent technology, reasonable structure and relatively stable structure.
