基于SECI模型的高职教育实训教学体系建设探究

【摘要】:在产业转型升级的背景下,提升人才培养质量成为高职教育实现可持续发展必须慎思的问题。实训教学作为高职教育人才培养的关键环节,决定着所培养人才的"可用性"。本文基于野中郁次郎(Nonaka)和竹内弘高(Takeuchi)提出的知识转化SECI模型,从知识转化与创造的4个环节探索高职教育实训教学体系的构建,并以成都工业职业技术学院的实训教学体系建设为例加以阐释和论证,以期对高职教育实训教学的研究与发展有所助益。
[Abstract]:Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading, it is necessary to think carefully about how to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational education. As the key link of talents training in higher vocational education, practical teaching determines the availability of talents. Based on the SECI model of knowledge transformation proposed by (Nonaka) and (Takeuchi), this paper explores the construction of practical teaching system in higher vocational education from four links of knowledge transformation and creation. Taking the construction of practical teaching system of Chengdu Polytechnic Institute as an example, this paper expounds and demonstrates it in order to be helpful to the research and development of practical teaching in higher vocational education.
