高职院校“军魂育人、军魂管理”育人模式探索与实践——以广州南洋理工职业学院为例

【摘要】：目前我国高职教育进入了一个快速发展阶段,但是高职院校育人模式仍然存在培养质量不高、综合素质偏低等诸多现实问题。广州南洋理工职业学院创新性地提出"军魂育人、军魂管理"育人模式,对队员进行政治、文化、军事、管理四大素质培养,实施学生自主军训,对学生进行国防教育,践行中国梦、强军梦,促进学生综合素质的发展,构建平安和谐的校园文化等,较好地解决了高职院校育人培养存在的一些问题,并取得了显著的标志性成果。
