周学熙职业教育思想研究

【摘要】:我国职业教育,开始于中国晚清的洋务运动时期,持续到我国民国时期。周学熙作为清朝末期最重要的教育家之一,他在我国职业教育领域做出了非常突出的贡献,他的职业教育思想非常的丰富,极具中国特色,是我国职业教育思想史发展过程中最重要的组成部分。周学熙是职业教育的开拓者,他秉承“工学并举”的原则,先后建立不同层次和不同类型的职业教育场所,为我国近代民族工业的发展和教育事业的发展做出了大量宝贵的贡献。他主张“教学做合一”,这一观点较之其同时代的其他教育者略为领先,后来的教育工作者也深受其影响。周学熙职业教育思想是在国家与民族面对外国列强、处于风雨缥缈的时代背景下形成和发展的。从某种角度来说,他的思想不仅反应了中国民族资本主义和社会时代对职业教育的迫切需求,同时也对我国职业教育做出了较为深刻的指导性意义,是我国当代职业教育发展中理论思想的重要组成部分之一。基于上述理念,研究周学熙的职业教育思想具有非常重要的历史、现实意义。本论文共分四章,以周学熙的职业教育思想为主线,以其思想形成和发展为线索展开全文的梳理和分析。全文主要包括:第一章包括说明选题意义、文献综述、核心概念界定、研究的理论和实践意义以及研究设计;第二章首先介绍周学熙的生平经历,然后阐释了周学熙的职业教育思想渊源;第三章从周学熙职业教育发展观、教育目标、三大要素、周学熙的女子职业教育和周学熙职业教育与中国职业教育的近代化的关系五方面论述了周学熙关于职业教育的理论主张;第四章对周学熙的职业教育思想的评价以及启示进行分析,以期对周学熙作出较为客观的评价。
[Abstract]:Vocational education in China began during the Westernization Movement in the late Qing Dynasty and lasted until the Republic of China. Zhou Xuexi, as one of the most important educationists in the late Qing Dynasty, made outstanding contributions in the field of vocational education in China. It is the most important component in the development of the history of vocational education in China. Zhou Xuexi was a pioneer in vocational education. He followed the principle of "working and learning simultaneously" and successively established different levels and different types of vocational education sites. It has made a great deal of valuable contribution to the development of national industry and education in modern China. His idea of "teaching and doing in one" was a little ahead of other educators of his time, and later educators were deeply influenced. Zhou Xuexi's vocational education thought was formed and developed under the background of the country and nation facing foreign powers. From a certain point of view, his thought not only reflects the urgent need for vocational education in China's national capitalism and social era, but also makes a more profound guiding significance for China's vocational education. It is one of the important parts of theory thought in the development of vocational education in our country. Based on the above ideas, the study of Zhou Xuexi's thought of vocational education has very important historical and practical significance. This thesis is divided into four chapters, taking Zhou Xuexi's thought of vocational education as the main line and taking the formation and development of his thought as the clue to carding and analyzing the full text. The full text mainly includes: the first chapter includes explains the topic significance, the literature review, the core concept definition, the research theory and the practice significance as well as the research design; The second chapter first introduces Zhou Xuexi's life experience, then explains Zhou Xuexi's thought origin of vocational education. The third chapter from Zhou Xuexi vocational education concept of development, educational objectives, three elements, Zhou Xuexi's female vocational education and the relationship between Zhou Xuexi's vocational education and the modernization of China's vocational education are discussed in five aspects. The fourth chapter analyzes Zhou Xuexi's vocational education thought and its enlightenment in order to make a more objective evaluation on Zhou Xuexi.
