大数据驱动职业教育人才培养的价值逻辑与创新路径

【摘要】：随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,记录人类社会活动和行为实践的大数据与教育领域的深度融合应用必将驱动现代职业教育发生巨大变革,主要表现为变革教育理念及模式、助力教学改革与创新、优化教学诊断与评价、优化培养结构与质素等,这正是大数据驱动人才培养的价值逻辑。职业院校应遵循这些逻辑,围绕构建互联互通的大数据集成共享机制、设计大数据支撑的人才培养框架体系、实施常态化全视域的大数据监测评估、开展数据驱动的学习行为分析与干预、推进基于大数据的专业交叉融合创新、提升运用大数据驱动院校治理的能力等方面,设计大数据驱动人才培养创新的推进路径。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology, the deep integration of big data and the field of education, which records human social activities and behavior practices, will surely drive a great change in modern vocational education, which is mainly manifested in the reform of educational concepts and models. It is the value logic of big data to promote the reform and innovation of teaching, to optimize the diagnosis and evaluation of teaching, to optimize the structure and quality of cultivation, and so on. Vocational colleges and universities should follow these logic, build an integrated and shared mechanism of big data, design a talent training framework supported by big data, and carry out a regular, all-visual monitoring and evaluation of big data. To develop data-driven learning behavior analysis and intervention, promote the innovation of professional cross-integration based on big data, improve the ability to use big data to drive college governance, and design a path to promote talent training and innovation driven by big data.
