中职学校项目教学有效性研究

【摘要】:项目教学是中等职业学校主流教学模式之一。在中职学校项目教学的改革中,项目教学的有效性究竟如何?项目教学是否高效?项目教学的有效性是否还有提升空间呢?究竟是哪些因素阻碍了项目教学有效性的提高?提高项目教学有效性的策略有哪些?如何来评价项目教学是否有效?是中职学校教学改革发展面临且亟需研究解决的问题。提升中职学校项目教学的有效性,是提高中职学校人才培养质量的重要保证。 本文从学校投入、教师教学、学生学习三个维度出发,以教学效率、效果、效益为核心评价指标,寻求提升中职学校项目教学有效性的策略,探究中职学校走出项目教学低效、无效的困境,使中职学校项目教学有效性最大化,为项目教学在中职学校大力推广提供理论与实践的参考价值,弥补中职学校项目教学有效性研究的空白。 论文由五部分组成。第一章是绪论,主要介绍论文研究的主题、国内外研究的现状、研究方法、研究价值等。第二章简述影响中职学校项目教学有效性的因素,包括教师、学生、教学设备和教学资源等对中职学校项目教学有效性的影响。第三章主要分析提升中职学校项目教学有效性的策略,包括教学项目的选取与设计策略、学生学习动机与兴趣的激发策略、教学的准备策略、学生合作学习策略、教学组织与实施策略、教学的评价与控制策略等。第四章提出了项目教学有效性的评价标准,包括中职学校项目教学有效性的宏观评价、中观评价和微观评价模型与量表。第五章对中职学校项目教学的研究价值和研究展望提出了思考。
[Abstract]:Project teaching is one of the main teaching modes in secondary vocational schools. In the reform of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, what is the effectiveness of project teaching? Is project teaching efficient? Is there room for improvement in the effectiveness of project teaching? What are the factors that hinder the improvement of the effectiveness of project teaching? What are the strategies to improve the effectiveness of project teaching? How to evaluate the effectiveness of project teaching? It is a problem that the secondary vocational school teaching reform faces and needs to be solved. Improving the effectiveness of project teaching in secondary vocational schools is an important guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools. Based on the three dimensions of school investment, teacher teaching and student learning, this paper, taking teaching efficiency, effect and benefit as the core evaluation index, seeks to improve the effectiveness of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, and probes into the inefficient teaching of secondary vocational schools out of projects. The dilemma of ineffectiveness maximizes the effectiveness of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, provides theoretical and practical reference value for the promotion of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, and makes up for the gaps in the research of project teaching effectiveness in secondary vocational schools. The paper consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research topic, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research method, the research value and so on. The second chapter briefly describes the factors that affect the teaching effectiveness of secondary vocational school projects, including teachers, students, teaching equipment and teaching resources. The third chapter mainly analyzes the strategies to improve the effectiveness of secondary vocational school projects, including the selection and design of teaching projects, motivation and interest of students' learning strategies, teaching preparation strategies, students' cooperative learning strategies. Teaching organization and implementation strategy, teaching evaluation and control strategy. The fourth chapter puts forward the evaluation criteria of project teaching effectiveness, including macro evaluation, meso evaluation and micro evaluation model and scale. The fifth chapter puts forward some thoughts on the research value and prospect of project teaching in secondary vocational schools.
