中外现代职业教育治理政策比较研究——企业责任与作用

【摘要】：当前,加强职业教育与劳动力市场的联系,增强职业教育的吸引力是国际职业教育政策治理的一个主要特点,规定企业的社会责任尤其是对职业教育的发展责任是增强职业教育吸引力的主要举措。文章通过比较分析德国、美国、英国、瑞士、台湾等国家和地区以及有关国际组织的职业教育政策中有关企业责任和作用的治理策略,总结其有益的政策治理经验,提出我国职业教育政策治理中企业主体责任体现的途径和方式,以应对职业教育的变革与发展。
[Abstract]:At present, strengthening the relationship between vocational education and the labor market and enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education are a major feature of the governance of international vocational education policies. The regulation of corporate social responsibility, especially the responsibility for the development of vocational education, is the main measure to enhance the attraction of vocational education. By comparing and analyzing the corporate responsibility and role governance strategies in the vocational education policies of Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Taiwan and other countries and relevant international organizations, this paper summarizes its beneficial policy governance experience. In order to deal with the change and development of vocational education, this paper puts forward the ways and means of reflecting the main responsibility of enterprises in the management of vocational education policy in our country.

[Abstract]:At present, strengthening the relationship between vocational education and the labor market and enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education are a major feature of the governance of international vocational education policies. The regulation of corporate social responsibility, especially the responsibility for the development of vocational education, is the main measure to enhance the attraction of vocational education.
