工学结合人才培养模式下高职课程体系的构建

【摘要】：在工学结合人才培养模式下,高职院校课程体系的构建是一项非常重要的教学管理内容。只有构建起高水平的课程体系,高职院校才能够不断提高教学质量,推动教学改革,培养出符合职业发展要求的高素质人才。分析在工学结合模式下高职课程体系构建的相关要求、基本原则以及主要内容,通过专业调研、实践检验,构建出以培养学生职业发展能力为核心的"工学结合"课程体系——"螺旋上升"式课程体系。
[Abstract]:The construction of curriculum system in higher vocational colleges is a very important content of teaching management under the mode of combining work and learning with talents training. Only by constructing a high level curriculum system can higher vocational colleges improve teaching quality, promote teaching reform, and cultivate qualified personnel who meet the requirements of professional development. This paper analyzes the relevant requirements, basic principles and main contents of the construction of higher vocational curriculum system under the mode of combination of work and learning. The course system of "combination of work and study", which is based on the cultivation of students' ability of professional development, is constructed.
