课程资源开发:高职教师专业发展的有效途径

【摘要】:高职教师是高职教育活动的参与者和实施者,是影响高职教育教学质量的关键因素。然而,目前我国高职教师专业发展的现状并不容乐观,且缺乏一个系统、成熟的高职教师专业发展理论的指导。在已有的高职教师专业发展理论研究领域中,关于高职教师专业发展的途径,研究者提出了不少有价值的见解。笔者以高职教师课程资源开发活动作为视角来研究高职教师的专业发展问题。高职教师的课程资源开发活动,扎根于其教育教学实践,且有助于实现高职课程改革,可成为实现高职教师专业发展的一条有效途径。 本研究主体分为三个部分: 第一部分:研究高职教师专业发展的内容和基本途径。高职教师专业发展的内容包括知识结构和能力结构。前者包括本体性知识、实践性知识和条件性知识,后者包括教学能力、科研能力、实践能力和自学能力等。另外,专业情意也是高职教师专业发展不可或缺的重要部分,如专业信念和专业情操等。一般来说,高职教师专业发展的基本途径包括正规培训、教学实践反思、教师合作、教育科研和教师评估等,这些途径都能在一定程度上促进高职教师专业发展,但也有明显的不足,这就为寻找一条新的途径——通过参与课程资源开发以促进高职教师专业发展提供了可能。 第二部分:重点研究课程资源开发对高职教师专业发展的作用。先从理论上对高职课程资源开发的含义和高职教师开发课程资源的一般过程进行了深入的研究;然后通过访谈调查的方式对高职教师开发课程资源的实践进行了佐证分析;最后,结合理论分析和实证调查对高职教师开发课程资源以促进其专业知识、专业能力和专业情意之发展做了详细的剖析,从而论证了课程资源开发是实现高职教师专业发展的有效途径之一。 第三部分:研究课程资源开发促进高职教师专业发展的对策,即研究在课程资源开发过程中如何实现高职教师的专业发展。首先,高职教师在开发课程资源时应该遵循一些基本原则,如职业性原则、针对性原则、发展性原则等;其次,高职教师要选择适当的课程资源开发方式,分别从分析学生的特点、自身的特点、学校的特色和社会的需求等角度开发课程资源;再者,高职教师、高职学院和社会三方要共同努力,采取有效措施促进高职教师在课程资源开发中的专业发展。高职教师不仅要树立正确的课程资源观、加强课程资源开发的意识,而且要积极主动参与课程资源开发的实践,在教学实践中反思。高职学院方面,一是要尊重高职教师课程资源开发的权利和成果,二是要为高职教师开发校外课程资源搭建平台。在社会方面,主要是要发挥好企业和家长的作用,家长和企业要理解和配合高职教师的教学实践,为高职教师开发和利用来自于社会的课程资源提供支持。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational teachers are participants and implementers of higher vocational education activities and the key factors affecting the teaching quality of higher vocational education. However, the present situation of the professional development of higher vocational teachers in China is not optimistic, and it lacks a systematic and mature guidance of the professional development theory of higher vocational teachers. In the field of theoretical research on the professional development of higher vocational teachers, researchers have put forward many valuable opinions on the approaches to the professional development of teachers in higher vocational education. The author studies the professional development of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of curriculum resource development. The development of curriculum resources of higher vocational teachers is rooted in their educational and teaching practice and helps to realize the curriculum reform in higher vocational education. It can become an effective way to realize the professional development of teachers in higher vocational education. The main body of this study is divided into three parts: the first part: to study the content and basic ways of professional development of higher vocational teachers. The content of professional development of higher vocational teachers includes knowledge structure and ability structure. The former includes ontological knowledge, practical knowledge and conditional knowledge, while the latter includes teaching ability, scientific research ability, practical ability and self-study ability. In addition, professional sentiment is also an indispensable part of the professional development of higher vocational teachers, such as professional beliefs and professional sentiment. Generally speaking, the basic approaches to the professional development of higher vocational teachers include formal training, reflection on teaching practice, teacher cooperation, educational research and teacher evaluation, etc. To some extent, these approaches can promote the professional development of higher vocational teachers. However, there are obvious shortcomings, which provides the possibility to find a new way to promote the professional development of higher vocational teachers by participating in the development of curriculum resources. The second part: focus on the role of curriculum resources development on the professional development of higher vocational teachers. Firstly, the author makes a deep research on the meaning of curriculum resource development in higher vocational education and the general process of curriculum resource development in higher vocational education, and then analyzes the practice of curriculum resource development in higher vocational education by means of interview and investigation. Finally, combining with theoretical analysis and empirical investigation, this paper makes a detailed analysis on the development of professional knowledge, professional ability and professional sentiment of higher vocational teachers in order to promote their professional knowledge, professional ability and professional sentiment by developing curriculum resources. Thus, it is demonstrated that the development of curriculum resources is one of the effective ways to realize the professional development of higher vocational teachers. The third part is to study the countermeasures of curriculum resources development to promote the professional development of higher vocational teachers, that is, how to realize the professional development of higher vocational teachers in the course of curriculum resources development. Firstly, higher vocational teachers should follow some basic principles when developing curriculum resources, such as professional principle, pertinence principle, developmental principle and so on. Secondly, the teachers of higher vocational colleges should choose the appropriate way to develop curriculum resources from the analysis of students' characteristics, their own characteristics, the characteristics of the school and the needs of the society. Furthermore, teachers, colleges and society should make joint efforts to take effective measures to promote the professional development of higher vocational teachers in the development of curriculum resources. Higher vocational teachers should not only set up a correct concept of curriculum resources, strengthen the consciousness of curriculum resources development, but also actively participate in the practice of curriculum resources development and reflect on it in teaching practice. In higher vocational colleges, one is to respect the rights and achievements of curriculum resources development of higher vocational teachers, the other is to build a platform for teachers to develop off-campus curriculum resources. In the social aspect, it is necessary to play a good role of enterprises and parents, parents and enterprises should understand and cooperate with the teaching practice of higher vocational teachers, and provide support for the development and utilization of curriculum resources from society.
