[Abstract]:Abstract: as we all know, the development of society and the progress of the country are inseparable from education, education is the basis of ensuring the rapid development of economic construction, and the development of economy urgently needs talents of different levels and different division of labor. The cultivation of talents is closely related to the teaching quality and training mode of various educational institutions such as universities and technical training schools. Therefore, in recent years, the country has adopted a lot of support and preferential policies in the field of talent training. The blooming of private vocational education and the continuous increase of enrollment in colleges and universities are the best examples. But at present the employing unit is faced with the puzzling dilemma: the national colleges and universities expand enrollment year by year, the national and social resources also gradually incline to the colleges and universities, but it is more and more difficult for enterprises to recruit qualified employees in line with the actual needs. Therefore, we need to reflect on the quality and mode of education in colleges and various vocational training institutions. At present, the traditional school education system in our country has been unable to keep up with the demand of the times for the cultivation of talents. There are generally outdated ideas in teaching materials, and the knowledge structure lags behind the development of the times, and even some colleges and universities still use the textbooks of the nineties of the last century. And because many professional mechanisms of public schools can not attract outstanding teachers, many professional personnel training is out of line with the needs of enterprises. As a result, the training institutions with independent power and flexible mechanism have emerged as the times require, which has become a good supplement to vocational education in our country at present, and has also trained a large number of qualified personnel for enterprises. However, this practical vocational education does not have the national diploma, which is not only unable to obtain the national and social resources similar to the public universities, but also in a disadvantageous position in the competition of school prestige. Therefore, in the face of the current decline in the number of college entrance examination students in our country and the steady increase in the number of students enrolled in various public colleges and universities under the strong inclination of the national and social resources, on the one hand, such training institutions should persuade parents to change the concept of diploma supremacy. On the other hand, we have to face the direct competition of the general higher vocational colleges. Therefore, how to improve their position in the above competition through marketing strategy and obtain social recognition, improve the current educational structure of talent training and practical needs of the plight of disjointed, it is particularly important and practical significance. This paper is about the research of marketing strategy of software vocational education institutions.
