职业院校数学学困生的帮扶转化行动研究

【摘要】:数学知识是在人类社会实践中形成和发展的,它是具有生命的,但负载于教材之中,则成为了经过逻辑加工的演绎体系,使学生很难看到这些数学知识的形成过程和其中的数学思想、数学方法。而数学思想是数学的灵魂,掌握不了数学思想,也就体会不到数学知识的奥秘,更不可能在数学方面得到发展。职业院校的数学学科是进行相关知识体系学习的基础科目,也是容易造成学生两极分化的学科。职业院校的数学教学一直存在“学困生”较多,而且难以转化的实际问题,现实中的“学困生”的处境也不容乐观,“学困生”几乎总是一个“被人遗忘的角落。”在社会方方面面以极大的热情关注品学兼优的学生时,那些处于“边缘”,受人冷落的“学困生”,却让教师摇头,家长流泪。因此,教师、学生和家长对职业院校阶段的数学学习都非常重视。鉴于此,本文对职业院校数学学困生的帮扶转化进行了较为具体的研究。 本文首先通过文献探索和实践探索的方式对职业院校数学学困生现状进行了分析,并结合相关理论和教学实践经验,深入的分析出“学困生”形成的原因,提出了职业院校数学学困生的帮扶转换策略,,通过对数学学困生课内课外帮扶转换措施的实施,解决了数学学困生学习困难的问题。通过对帮扶方案的有效性验证,得出了职业院校数学学困生的帮扶转化方案的可行性。本文有益于帮助更多的学生走出数学学习的困境,提高学生的素质,更加自信地进行数学知识探索,提高运用数学知识的能力。只教不帮,任其自然,无异于走过场,对学生不利,对学校的专业化高层素质建设也不利,如何提高职业院校数学学困生的学习效率,改进其数学学习效果,是值得研究的问题。本文针对职业院校数学学困生这一特殊群体,为数学学困生的转化问题提供了依据;为实现职业教育的实效性,改善职业院校数学教学现状做出了有益的实践探索。
[Abstract]:Mathematical knowledge is formed and developed in the practice of human society, it has life, but loaded in the textbooks, it has become a deductive system through logical processing. It is difficult for students to see the forming process of these mathematical knowledge and the mathematical ideas and methods. The mathematical thought is the soul of mathematics. If we can not grasp the mathematical thought, we can not understand the mystery of mathematical knowledge, let alone get the development in mathematics. Mathematics in vocational colleges is the basic subject for the study of relevant knowledge system, and it is also a subject that can easily cause students to be polarized. There are many practical problems in mathematics teaching in vocational colleges and universities, which are difficult to transform. In reality, the situation of "students with learning difficulties" is not optimistic, "students with learning difficulties" is almost always a "forgotten corner." In all aspects of society with great enthusiasm to pay attention to the excellent students, those at the "edge", neglected by people "learning difficulties", but let the teachers shake their heads, parents tears. Therefore, teachers, students and parents attach great importance to mathematics learning in vocational colleges. In view of this, this article has carried on the more concrete research to the vocational college mathematics learning difficulty student's help transformation. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of mathematics students with learning difficulties in vocational colleges by the way of literature research and practical exploration, and analyzes the causes of the formation of "students with learning difficulties" by combining the relevant theories and teaching practice experience. This paper puts forward the strategies of helping and transforming students with mathematics learning difficulties in vocational colleges, and solves the problem of learning difficulties of students with mathematics learning difficulties by carrying out the measures of helping students with learning difficulties in and out of class. By validating the effectiveness of the help program, the feasibility of the help transformation scheme for the students with mathematics learning difficulties in vocational colleges is obtained. This paper is helpful to help more students get out of the predicament of mathematics study, improve the quality of students, explore mathematics knowledge more confidently, and improve the ability of applying mathematics knowledge. Just teaching and not helping, letting go of nature, is no more than a formality, is not good for students, and is also bad for the construction of specialized high-level quality. How to improve the learning efficiency of students with mathematics difficulties in vocational colleges and improve the effect of mathematics learning, It is a problem worth studying. Aiming at the special group of students with mathematics learning difficulties in vocational colleges, this paper provides a basis for the transformation of students with learning difficulties in mathematics, and makes a beneficial practical exploration for realizing the actual effect of vocational education and improving the present situation of mathematics teaching in vocational colleges.
