融合理念下职业院校志愿者文化建设的思与行

【摘要】：职业院校要站在文化的高度开展志愿活动,要在融合理念观照下建设志愿者文化,让师生在寻求文化理解与文化认同中提高对志愿服务的认识。志愿者文化应以深厚的教育思想与理论为基,成长于特定的情境中,有职教特点。开展志愿者文化建设要遵循基本原则,掌握基本策略,找到基本路径,建立效果评价体系。志愿者文化建设是一个动态的过程,要与时俱进。
[Abstract]:Vocational colleges and universities should develop voluntary activities from a cultural perspective and construct volunteer culture under the view of fusion concept so that teachers and students can improve their understanding of voluntary service in the process of seeking cultural understanding and cultural identity. The volunteer culture should be based on profound educational thought and theory and grow up in a specific situation with the characteristics of vocational education. To carry out the construction of volunteer culture, we should follow the basic principles, master the basic strategy, find the basic path and establish the evaluation system of the effect. Volunteer culture construction is a dynamic process, should keep pace with the times.
