经济转型背景下高职院校与小微企业的校企合作问题
[Abstract]:Small and micro enterprises are of great strategic significance to national economic and social development. Under the background of economic transformation, it is an important task for China's economic development to vigorously promote and guide the structural optimization and transformation and upgrading of small and micro enterprises. Higher vocational colleges are the most closely related educational institutions with small and micro enterprises, and master the best quality resources in vocational education. Higher vocational colleges must cater to the characteristics of the times, deepen the cooperation with small and micro enterprises, improve the innovative service ability, and promote the smooth realization of the transformation and upgrading of small and micro enterprises. However, at present, the small and micro enterprises are small in scale, weak in strength, short in life cycle and low in technology level, which restrict the cooperation between the two sides. Under the background of economic transformation, it is necessary to carry out a new mode of cooperation and expand the scale of cooperation between schools and enterprises. Build a lifelong education system, extend the cycle of school-enterprise cooperation, build a platform for technological innovation cooperation, and enhance the level of school-enterprise cooperation.
