系统理论指导下的中职实践教学系统的构建与研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育的实践教学活动是中等职业教育教学内涵的重要组成部分,中等职业教育实践教学系统决定了中等职业教育教学的特征,决定了中等职业教育人才培养目标的实现。建立完善的实践教学系统是当前中职学校提高教育教学质量的迫切需要。当前系统科学的理论和方法得到普遍传播和运用,成为研究和思考教学改革方略的基本方法。本课题针对中职教育实践教学环节存在的问题提出相应的对策,指出中职实践教学实施过程中需要解决的关键问题,在系统理论的指导下,构建适应中等职业教育的实践教学系统,就如何提高中职计算机网络技术专业实践教学的有效性进行探讨,,努力提升中职学生的实践技能层次,增强学生对企业岗位的适应能力,实现学校学习与职业岗位的零距离对接。本文分为四个部分: 第一部分,引言。阐述研究的背景及研究意义,分析国内外关于实践教学研究的动态,说明本文的主要工作。 第二部分,中职实践教学系统的内涵和特征。中职实践教学系统是针对中等职业学校教学的特点而构建和应用的实践教学系统。与普通高中教学相比,它需具有理论与实践的教学整体性,内容与目的持续发展性,更需考虑不同的地域特征和工学结合的要求。 第三部分,系统理论指导下的中职实践教学系统的构建。在系统理论视角下对中职实践教学系统进行分析,研究中职实践教学系统的条件和要素构成,在罗列系统的要素后,探讨其内在联系,进而构建由中职实践教学支撑系统、中职实践教学目标系统、中职实践教学管理系统、中职实践教学内容系统和中职实践教学测评系统五大子系统组成的中职实践教学系统。 第四部分,中职实践教学系统在计算机网络技术专业中的应用。在计算机网络技术专业的实践教学活动中,进行提高实践教学有效性的研究,进行中职实践教学系统的具体实施,并提出面向工程化的中职实践教学实施系统和基于工作流程的中职实践教学的课程设计。
[Abstract]:The practical teaching activity of secondary vocational education is an important part of the teaching connotation of secondary vocational education. The practical teaching system of secondary vocational education determines the characteristics of secondary vocational education teaching. It determines the realization of the goal of personnel training in secondary vocational education. The establishment of a perfect practical teaching system is an urgent need to improve the quality of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools. At present, the theories and methods of system science have been widely disseminated and applied, which has become the basic method to study and think about the teaching reform strategy. In view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of secondary vocational education, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, and points out the key problems to be solved in the implementation of practical teaching in secondary vocational education. Under the guidance of the system theory, This paper constructs a practical teaching system suitable for secondary vocational education, probes into how to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching of computer network technology specialty in secondary vocational school, and strives to improve the level of practical skills of secondary vocational school students. Strengthen the adaptability of students to enterprise posts, and realize the zero distance docking between school learning and professional posts. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction. This paper expounds the background and significance of the research, analyzes the trends of practical teaching research at home and abroad, and explains the main work of this paper. The second part, the connotation and characteristics of the practical teaching system of secondary vocational school. The practical teaching system of secondary vocational school is a practical teaching system which is constructed and applied according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school teaching. Compared with ordinary senior high school teaching, it should have the teaching integrity of theory and practice, the sustainable development of content and purpose, and the requirements of different regional characteristics and the combination of work and study. The third part, under the guidance of system theory, the construction of practical teaching system in secondary vocational school. This paper analyzes the practical teaching system of secondary vocational school from the perspective of system theory, studies the conditions and components of the practical teaching system of secondary vocational school, and probes into its internal relations after listing the elements of the system, and then constructs the supporting system of practical teaching of secondary vocational school. The practical teaching system of secondary vocational school is composed of five subsystems: the target system of practical teaching in secondary vocational school, the practical teaching management system of secondary vocational school, the content system of practical teaching in secondary vocational school and the evaluation system of practical teaching in secondary vocational school. The fourth part, the application of secondary vocational practical teaching system in computer network technology specialty. In the practical teaching activities of computer network technology specialty, the research on improving the effectiveness of practical teaching is carried out, and the concrete implementation of practical teaching system in secondary vocational school is carried out. The implementation system of engineering oriented practical teaching in secondary vocational school and the curriculum design of practical teaching in secondary vocational school based on workflow are put forward.
