广州市中等职业教育发展策略研究

【摘要】:20多年来,发展职业教育一直是我国教育工作的一个重点,职业教育是衡量一个国家现代化程度的重要标志,承载着满足社会需求的重任,培养为社会直接创造财富的高素质劳动者和专门人才。中等职业技术教育是职业教育和高中阶段教育的重要组成部分。目前,全国共有中等职业学校12000多所,在校生2100多万人,专任教师88万多人,中等职业学校教育的总体规模约占全国职业学校教育的三分之二、高中阶段教育的二分之一。广州地处珠江三角洲中心地带,是华南地区的经济和文化聚集地,职业教育规模宏大,2012年全市中等职业学校招生8.14万人,在校生23.94万人,毕业生7.78万人。但是广州市仍然饱受劳动力供求结构不平衡的困扰,一方面很多企业找不到合适的技术人员,而另一方面很多普通高校的毕业生却遭遇到找工作难的问题,这不能不促使我们更加关注和深入研究中等职业教育发展问题。 本文分析了广州市中等职业教育的基本情况,包括广州市中等职业教育的发展需求、广州市中等职业教育的规模、结构、教学对象、发展障碍等方面,归纳出广州的中等职业技术教育发展的策略,以破解广州市乃至全国技能型人才短缺难题,促进广州市中等职业教育的健康发展,以适应新型经济发展对高素质技能人才的迫切需要。
[Abstract]:For more than 20 years, the development of vocational education has been a key point of educational work in our country. Vocational education is an important symbol to measure the degree of modernization of a country, carrying the important task of meeting the needs of society, and cultivating high-quality workers and professionals who directly create wealth for the society. Secondary vocational and technical education is an important part of vocational education and senior high school education. At present, there are more than 12000 secondary vocational schools in the country, with more than 21 million students and more than 880000 full-time teachers. The overall scale of secondary vocational school education accounts for about 2/3 of the national vocational school education and 1/2 of the senior high school education. Guangzhou, located in the heart of the Pearl River Delta, is an economic and cultural gathering place in South China. The scale of vocational education is huge. In 2012, the city enrolled 81400 secondary vocational schools, 239400 students and 77800 graduates. However, Guangzhou is still beset by the imbalance of labor supply and demand structure. On the one hand, many enterprises can not find suitable technical personnel, on the other hand, many graduates of ordinary colleges and universities encounter the problem of finding a job, which can not help but urge us to pay more attention to and deeply study the development of secondary vocational education. This paper analyzes the basic situation of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou, including the development demand of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou, the scale, structure, teaching object and obstacles of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou, and sums up the strategies for the development of secondary vocational and technical education in Guangzhou in order to solve the shortage of skilled talents in Guangzhou and even in the whole country and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou. In order to meet the urgent needs of new economic development for high-quality and skilled personnel.
