高职院校校内生产性实训基地管理评价研究

【摘要】:近些年高等职业教育正在蓬勃发展,与普通高等教育不同的是它强调实践育人,所培养的是适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的高端技能型人才。校内实训基地作为实践育人的重要场所,其建设与管理越来越受到重视。然而在大力建设高职院校校内生产性实训基地同时,往往却忽略了实训基地的管理工作。如何加强高职院校校内生产性实训基地管理成为摆在所有高职院校面前的重要课题。本文从高职院校校内生产性实训基地管理的角度出发,运用构建的管理评价模型,找出高职院校在实训基地管理上存在的问题,提出改进问题的对策,从而提高高职院校校内生产性实训基地的管理水平。 首先,对我国示范性高职院校校内生产性实训基地管理现状进行分析,找出我国高职院校普遍存在的问题。 其次,分析国外发达国家实训基地管理现状,总结其成功经验,提出了对我国高职院校实训基地管理方面一些值得借鉴之处,为进一步建立高职院校校内生产性实训基地管理评价指标提供参考。 第三,就河北省范围内的企业、高职院校发放调查问卷,通过对调查数据整理分析,建立了高职院校校内生产性实训基地管理评价指标体系。采用层次分析法与熵技术结合的评价方法,构建出高职院校校内生产性实训基地管理评价模型。 第四,结合秦皇岛职业技术学院校内生产性实训基地管理情况,,验证本文建立的校内生产性实训基地管理评价模型,发现该学院在校内生产性实训基地管理上存在的问题并提出了改进对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education is booming. Different from ordinary higher education, it emphasizes practical education and trains high-end skilled talents who adapt to the needs of production, construction, management and service. As an important place to practice and educate people, the construction and management of the training base in the school has been paid more and more attention. However, in the construction of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges, the management of training bases is often ignored. How to strengthen the management of productive training base in higher vocational colleges has become an important issue in front of all higher vocational colleges. From the point of view of the management of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges, this paper finds out the problems existing in the management of training bases in higher vocational colleges by using the management evaluation model, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the problems, so as to improve the management level of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges. First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of the management of productive training bases in demonstration higher vocational colleges in China, and finds out the common problems in higher vocational colleges in China. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of training base management in developed countries, summarizes its successful experience, and puts forward some references for the management of training base in higher vocational colleges in China, so as to provide reference for the further establishment of management evaluation index of productive training base in higher vocational colleges. Thirdly, according to the questionnaire of enterprises and higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province, through the collation and analysis of the survey data, the management evaluation index system of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is established. By using the evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy technology, the management evaluation model of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is constructed. Fourth, combined with the management of productive training base in Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College, this paper verifies the management evaluation model of productive training base established in this paper, finds out the problems existing in the management of productive training base in Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College, and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.
