现代技工教育中学生综合素质的培养

【摘要】：在大力发展职业教育的背景下,现代技工教育开始登上历史的舞台。技工教育是我国职业教育体系的重要组成部分,而技工院校则是实施技工教育的主体机构。技工院校承担培养技术技能型人才的任务。综合素质的培养正在成为技工教育的当代主题。本文探讨的是现代技工教育中学生综合素质的培养,具体研究的内容,以及形成的观点与结论如下：第一,综合素质及其培养的理论依据。综合素质即多种素质的有机结合,是个体适应社会生活和职业岗位的重要条件。综合素质的培养体现了素质教育的基本精神,同时带有通识教育的色彩,从STW理论来看,综合素质的培养也能够有效的帮助学生实现从学校到工作的过渡。第二,现代技工教育中学生综合素质培养的意义。综合素质的培养具有鲜明的现实意义。对学生来说能够促进其生涯的持续发展；对学校来说能够提高其人才培养质量,促进其内涵发展；对技工教育本身来说,能够拓展其人才培养目标并丰富其内涵。第三,现代技工教育中学生综合素质培养的途径。综合素质的培养要探寻有效的途径,对技工院校来说,综合素质的培养要制定一个有效的行动的框架,培养活动要贴近学生的生活；另外综合素质的培养也要与学校德育相结合,并诉诸于学生的主体性和责任感。第四,现代技工教育中学生综合素质培养的典型案例。郴州技师学院在学生综合素质培养方面的实践探索具有典型性。它围绕学生综合素质的培养构建了一个详细的行动框架,同时,制定和完善了相应的制度。从整体上看,郴州技师学院学生综合素质的培养体现了素质教育的基本精神,具有可操作性和行动感,并且具有养成教育的色彩,也发挥了学生的主动性。学生综合素质的培养是各技工院校所面临的一个现实课题,这一课题需要各院校结合自身的情况进行多样化的探索。
