中德职业教育模式比较与借鉴

【摘要】:中德职业教育发展模式不同。德国"双元制"模式处于成熟和稳定期,中国职校制模式处于过渡和发展期。中德职业教育发展差异,来源于文化传统、经济发展阶段、劳动力市场和产教融合模式不同。借鉴德国经验,高职院校要促进职教集团完善职业标准,突出学生的通用技能培养,提高学生的自学能力。
[Abstract]:The development pattern of middle-and-German vocational education is different. The German "two-element system" model is in the mature and stable period, and the Chinese vocational school system is in the transition and development period. The difference of the development of Chinese and German vocational education is from the cultural tradition, the economic development stage, the labor market and the production and education integration mode. Using the experience of Germany, higher vocational colleges should promote the vocational education group to improve the professional standard, to highlight the general skills of the students and to improve the self-learning ability of the students.
