基于“资源共享,互利双赢”的校企一体化人才培养模式的构建——福建省侨兴轻工学校中西餐烹饪专业现代学徒制实践探索

【摘要】:福建省侨兴学校中西餐烹饪专业多年来尝试现代学徒制办学模式,通过实施"招生招工一体化、教学与实践一体化、学生管理一体化、评价考核一体化"等措施,实现校企共管、工学交替,探索中职办学模式的改革,取得了显著成效,走出了一条具有自身办学特色的育人之路。
[Abstract]:For many years, the Chinese and Western cooking major of Qiaoxing School in Fujian Province has tried to run a modern apprenticeship system. Through the implementation of "the integration of enrollment and recruitment, the integration of teaching and practice, the integration of student management and the integration of evaluation and assessment", the co-management of schools and enterprises, the alternation of work and study, and the reform of secondary vocational school running mode have achieved remarkable results and walked out a way of educating people with their own characteristics of running a school.
