【摘要】:教师具备良好的幽默感,不仅有助于调整自身专业心态,充分应对专业实践中的各种问题,而且对于有效地组织课堂教学,营造和谐的课堂氛围,为儿童提供良好的情感和发展支持具有重要意义。由于教学艺术和教学幽默之间存在着紧密的内在联系,因此幼儿教师可以通过在教学中进行教育价值追问和反思,在师幼互动中努力构建平等的师幼交往关系,以及在行动研究中积累和升华教学经验等途径逐步培养幽默感。
[Abstract]:Teachers have a good sense of humor, which not only helps adjust their professional mentality, but also fully answers all kinds of problems in professional practice. It also has great significance for effectively organizing classroom teaching, creating a harmonious classroom atmosphere, and providing good emotional and developmental support for children. Because the inner relationship between teaching art and teaching humor, so teachers can through the educational value of inquiry and reflection in teaching, and strive to build the equal communication between teacher and child relationship in the interaction between teachers and children, as well as in action research teaching experience accumulation and sublimation and gradually develop a sense of humor.
