【摘要】:幼儿园教师问题关注是指幼儿园教师在幼儿园的教育教学工作中最关心的问题。倾听认识她们最关心的问题,了解幼儿园教师的现实需求,有利于有针对性的帮助幼儿园教师提高自身专业发展。本研究以探讨幼儿园教师问题关注的现状、特点及其影响因素为主要目的,采用张世义的幼儿园教师关注问卷作为问卷调查工具,对天津市六个区的8所幼儿园的幼儿园教师共发放问卷220份,进行调查研究,并结合访谈,分析得出幼儿园教师问题关注的特点及其影响因素,然后根据研究结果,结合所学知识以及相关文献资料的查阅,为促进幼儿园教师专业发展提出相应的建议,以更好的促进幼儿园教师专业发展。本研究结果表明:(一)幼儿园教师问题关注在与成人关系关注、管理与政策关注、教学关注、幼儿关注、自我关注五类问题关注上均有较高关注,呈现总体水平偏高的特点。(二)不同年龄、教龄、专业、职称的幼儿园教师在五类问题关注上均没有统计学意义上的显著差异。(三)不同进修学历的幼儿园教师在自我关注上得分差异显著,进修本科和研究生以上学历的幼儿园教师比进修大专的幼儿园教师对自我关注程度明显升高,表明进修培训有助于提高幼儿园教师自我专业发展。(四)不同年龄段班级的幼儿园教师在管理与政策关注具有统计学意义上的显著差异,与小小班的幼儿园教师相比,小中大班的幼儿园教师对管理与政策关注明显升高。(五)不同幼儿园属地、类型的幼儿园教师在教学关注上得分差异显著。显著性主要体现在与所在幼儿园为市郊、民办的幼儿园教师相比,所在幼儿园为市区、公办的幼儿园教师对教学关注度明显升高。(六)幼儿园教师问题关注覆盖广,变化复杂,在问卷统计和访谈的对比中存在"应然"和"实然"的冲突矛盾。(七)幼儿园教师问题关注受个人因素、组织制度因素、工作环境因素、社会因素等因素的影响。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten teachers concern is the most concerned about kindergarten teachers in the teaching work of kindergarten. Listen to understand their most concerned issues, understand the actual needs of kindergarten teachers. In order to help kindergarten teachers to improve their own professional development. This study focuses on the current situation, characteristics and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' concern. Using Zhang Shiyi's kindergarten teachers' attention questionnaire as a questionnaire tool, 220 kindergarten teachers in 8 kindergartens in six districts of Tianjin were given out questionnaires, which were investigated and studied, and combined with interviews. The characteristics of kindergarten teachers' concern and their influencing factors are analyzed. Then according to the research results, combined with the knowledge learned and the reference of relevant literature, the author puts forward corresponding suggestions for the promotion of kindergarten teachers' professional development. In order to better promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers. The results of this study show that the attention of kindergarten teachers concerns in the relationship with adults, management and policy concerns, teaching concerns, child care. The five types of self-concern concern have higher concern, showing the overall high level of characteristics. (2) different ages, teaching years, professional. Professional titles of kindergarten teachers in the five categories of concern there is no statistically significant difference. (3) the kindergarten teachers with different academic qualifications have significant differences in self-concern. The degree of self-concern of kindergarten teachers with undergraduate and graduate degrees was significantly higher than that with post-secondary education. It shows that further training is helpful to improve the self-professional development of kindergarten teachers. (4) there are significant differences in management and policy concerns among kindergarten teachers of different age groups. Compared with kindergarten teachers in small, middle and large classes, kindergarten teachers in small, middle and large classes pay more attention to management and policy. (5) different kindergarten dependencies. The type of kindergarten teachers have significant differences in teaching concerns. The significance is mainly reflected in the kindergarten is suburban, private kindergarten teachers, where the kindergarten is the urban area. The public kindergarten teachers pay more attention to the teaching. (6) the kindergarten teachers pay attention to a wide range of issues, complex changes. In the comparison of questionnaire statistics and interviews, there are conflicts between "ought" and "real". (7) kindergarten teachers pay attention to personal factors, organizational system factors, work environment factors. The influence of factors such as social factors.
