【摘要】：正上海童的梦幼儿园从1998年开始一直坚持幼儿园混龄教育,尝试将不同年龄的幼儿编在同一个教学班,打破了长期以来幼儿园按幼儿年龄编班的传统做法,不同年龄的幼儿在同一班级接受同一教师的教育,这种编排形式受到幼儿的欢迎,深受幼儿家长的肯定,得到教育行政部门的认可,取得了令人鼓舞的教育成就。近日,本刊记者就幼儿混龄教育问题专程采访了上海童的梦艺术幼儿园何敬红园长。《华夏教师》:何园长,悉闻贵园在上海市率先进行幼儿混龄教育,尝试将不同年龄的幼儿编在同一个教学班中进行集体教学,打破了夸美纽斯创立的班级授课制中按学生年龄编班的年龄界限,请问何园长,您为什么要把不同年龄的幼儿编在同一个教学
