幼儿教师不适宜行为预防策略的研究

【摘要】:不适宜行为的预防策略是指为了防止幼儿教师做出违背幼儿教师专业标准,做出不符合幼儿教师专业标准行为的措施或者是办法。幼儿教师不适宜行为的预防策略的现状如何?幼儿教师的专业成长历程中,每个阶段会出现什么样的问题,又该采取什么样的策略来预防不适宜行为的发生?本研究试图发现幼儿教师不适宜性为预防策略的现状以及幼儿教师不同阶段不适宜行为的预防特点及原因。基于此,本研究采用问卷法和访谈法,通过自编《幼儿教师不适宜行为预防策略问卷》,及访谈提纲,抽取沈阳市公办和民办园中不同年龄班,不同教龄,不同学历下的幼儿教师,共386名作为研究对象。通过探索性和验证性因素分析,运用spss20.0统计分析,了解幼儿园教师不适宜行为预防策略的现状。并选取选取来自不同办园体制,不同年龄班的幼儿教师各1名,共6名幼儿教师以及她们的同事和幼儿家长作为个案,探讨教师成长过程各阶段预防策略的特点,结果表明:(一)幼儿教师不适宜行为预防策略的现状1.幼儿教师不适宜行为预防策略的总体状况良好幼儿教师自我监控策略和日常管理策略对于幼儿教师不适宜行为的的预防具有较大的影响;监督制约策略、奖励惩戒策略和人文关怀策略对于幼儿教师不适宜行为的预防影响次之;社会舆论策略和反面教育教育对于幼儿教师不适宜行为的的预防相对要弱。2.幼儿教师不适宜行为的预防策略在园所性质、班别、教龄上差异显著,主要表现为:民办园幼儿教师不适宜行为的预防策略优于公办园;小班和大班幼儿教师不适宜行为的预防策略优于中班幼儿教师;教龄在5年以下以及16年以上幼儿教师不适宜行为的预防策略的得分要低于6—10年和11—15年的教师。(二)幼儿教师不同阶段不适宜行为预防策略的研究在入职调试期师徒帮带和入职培训预防策略更为凸显;在工作适应期监督和奖惩策略预防效果良好;在职业瓶颈期反省和人文关怀预防反应良好;在自立成长期自我监控和自修预防效果突出;在稳步成熟期社会舆论预防策略有待重视。
[Abstract]:The prevention strategy of inappropriate behavior is to prevent preschool teachers from violating the professional standards of preschool teachers. What is the current situation of preventive strategies that do not conform to the professional standards of preschool teachers? What problems will arise in each stage of preschool teachers' professional development, and what strategies should be adopted to prevent inappropriate behavior? This study attempts to find out that the unsuitability of preschool teachers is the status quo of preventive strategies and the preventive characteristics and causes of inappropriate behaviors of preschool teachers at different stages. Based on this, the questionnaire and interview methods are used in this study. Through the self-compiled "preschool teachers inappropriate behavior prevention strategy questionnaire", and interview outline, draw Shenyang public and private garden in different age classes, different teaching years, different educational background of preschool teachers. Through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, spss20.0 statistical analysis was used. To understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers' inappropriate behavior prevention strategies, and select one kindergarten teacher from different kindergarten system and different age classes. A total of six kindergarten teachers, their colleagues and parents were selected as cases to explore the characteristics of preventive strategies in different stages of teacher development. The result shows that: (I). The current situation of inappropriate behavior Prevention Strategies for early Childhood Teachers 1. The overall situation of Child Teachers' inappropriate Behavioral Prevention Strategies; the Self-monitoring Strategies and Daily Management Strategies of Preschool Teachers for the Prevention of inappropriate behaviors of Preschool Teachers. Has great influence; Supervision and restriction strategy, reward punishment strategy and humanistic care strategy have the second effect on the prevention of inappropriate behavior of preschool teachers; The prevention of inappropriate behavior of preschool teachers is relatively weak. 2. The nature of preventive strategies of inappropriate behaviors of preschool teachers is significant difference in class type and teaching life. 2. The main manifestations are as follows: the prevention strategy of inappropriate behavior of private kindergarten teachers is better than that of public kindergarten; The prevention strategies of inappropriate behavior of small class and large class preschool teachers were better than those of middle class preschool teachers. The scores of preventive strategies for inappropriate behaviors of preschool teachers under 5 years and over 16 years were lower than those of teachers aged 6-10 years and 11-15 years. (II). The study on the prevention strategies of inappropriate behavior in different stages of preschool teachers is more prominent in the training of teachers and apprentices during the commissioning period. In the work adaptation period supervision and reward and punishment strategy prevention effect is good; In the bottleneck period of career introspection and humanistic care prevention response is good; The self-monitoring and self-study prevention effect is outstanding in the period of self-supporting growth; In the steady maturity of the public opinion prevention strategy needs to be paid attention to.
