中班角色游戏中幼儿角色转换研究

【摘要】:“老师,我们家的爸爸妈妈都不知道跑到哪里去了?”这是最近在角色游戏时候听到的最多的声音,老师发现这些“被告”要么在当医生,要么是正在载客的出租车司机,同时他们也都是家庭中的爸爸或者妈妈。而原来娃娃家里的“孩子”也因等得太久无趣而跑到其他的地方玩去了。这样的角色转换的情景在中班角色游戏中时常发生,这引起研究者的思考,因此本文选择以中班幼儿在角色游戏中角色转换行为的跟踪观察及分析研究,以A、B两所幼儿园中班的两男两女幼儿作为研究对象,进行了两个月的跟踪观察记录。经过大量的观察记录分析总结,发现中班角色游戏中幼儿角色转换的表现有:幼儿角色转换行为较多的发生在“游戏中期”和“游戏后期”;主要发生在多种角色游戏区之间的联动;角色转换易发生在互动频繁的角色中;角色转换增加了角色游戏中的矛盾和有趣现象;角色转换动机类型多样;角色转换反应出幼儿角色意识呈过渡性发展。本研究还分析了中班角色游戏中幼儿角色转换的影响因素有:中班幼儿原有经验的影响;幼儿性格特点;幼儿认知和社会性发展;游戏环境的设置和材料的投放;游戏主题和主题活动;区角间的联动、角色与角色之间的互动;游戏时间的长短;教师指导和干预程度及同伴关系的影响。面对中班幼儿角色转换的行为,提出以下教育反思:幼儿角色转换行为发生时,教师需要观察和等待;充分把握好游戏中教师指导者和游戏参与者的双重身份;丰富游戏材料的投放和主题活动的开展激发幼儿多种角色领会;创造喜闻乐见的角色,打破区角角色之间的间隔墙;针对角色转换时产生的矛盾和问题给予一些支持策略;辩证看待幼儿的游戏角色转换行为。
[Abstract]:"teacher, our parents do not know where to go? This kind of role change often happens in the middle class role games. Therefore, this paper chooses the following observation and analysis of the role changing behavior of the middle class children in the role play, and takes the two boys and two women children in the middle class of the two kindergartens as the research object. Two months of tracking and observation records. After a large number of observation records analysis and summary, It is found that in the middle class role games, the children's role switching behaviors occur more frequently in the middle and late stages of the game, and mainly in the interaction between the various role playing areas. Role conversion is easy to occur in the interactive roles, role conversion increases the contradictions and interesting phenomena in the role games, role switching motivation types are diverse; Role change reflects the transitional development of children's role consciousness. This study also analyzes the influencing factors of children's role transition in middle class role play: the influence of children's original experience, the characteristics of children's personality, the children's cognitive and social development; The setting of the game environment and the placement of the materials; the game theme and the theme activity; the linkage between the corner of the area, the interaction between the role and the role; the length of the game time; Teacher guidance and intervention degree and the influence of peer relationship. In the face of the behavior of role transition of middle class children, the following educational reflections are put forward: teachers need to observe and wait for the occurrence of children's role change behavior; Fully grasp the dual identity of the instructor and participants in the game; enrich the release of game materials and the development of theme activities to stimulate children to understand a variety of roles, create the role of love, break the corner between the role of the wall; Some supporting strategies are given to the contradictions and problems arising from the role transition, and children's game role switching behavior is viewed dialectically.
