农村幼儿园生存状态研究

【摘要】:农村幼儿园的生存状态影响着农村幼儿园教育的相关利益者,农村幼儿园的生存状态也关系到在园幼儿的发展。研究者试图对一所NGO机构举办的采用混龄编班模式的农村少数民族地区的幼儿园的生存状态进行调查,当下该所农村幼儿的生存状态如何?该所农村幼儿园的利益相关者对其的看法如何?如何有针对性的改善该所农村幼儿园的生存状态?在本研究中农村幼儿园的生存状态指农村幼儿园在运营中所呈现出的状态,主要包括物质资源状态、人力资源状态、行政运行状态、保教质量状态四个方面。本研究借用人类学的田野调查法对一所位于大山深处的民族地区农村幼儿园进行调查,具体使用观察法和访谈法,获得大量一手资料。在此基础上,同时倾听各利益相关者的声音,分析影响该幼儿园生存状态的因素,提出解决实际问题的建议。本研究主要分为五部分,第一部分为绪论,主要阐述了本研究的研究目的、研究意义、研究的关键概念以及有关研究。第二部分为研究方法及研究背景的陈述,包括对田野调查法的运用、如何进入研究现场以及研究对象的概括。第三部分为本研究的主干部分,研究者详细呈现了研究对象的物质、人力、行政、保教四大方面的状态。在第四部分中,研究者将各方对研究对象的看法呈现出来,主要包括幼儿园教师、家长、举办方、屯中公办完小、资助方的一些声音。第五部则是研究者针对研究提出的建议和反思,建议包括:增加投入、立足本土资源、沟通闲置资源、增加人力、加强师资培养力度、完善管理制度等。
[Abstract]:The survival state of rural kindergartens affects the relevant stakeholders of rural kindergarten education, and the survival state of rural kindergartens is also related to the development of kindergarten children. The researchers tried to investigate the survival status of kindergartens in rural minority areas organized by a NGO organization using the model of mixed-age classes. What is the survival status of children in the rural areas at present? What are the views of stakeholders in the rural kindergarten? How to improve the survival of the rural kindergartens? In this study, the survival state of rural kindergartens refers to the state of rural kindergartens in operation, including material resources, human resources, administrative operation, quality of care. This study uses the anthropological field investigation method to investigate a rural kindergarten located in the deep mountain area of ethnic minority area, using observation method and interview method to obtain a large amount of primary data. On the basis of this, the authors also listen to the voices of the stakeholders, analyze the factors that affect the survival state of the kindergarten, and put forward some suggestions to solve the practical problems. This research is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research purpose, the research significance, the research key concept and the related research. The second part is the description of the research method and background, including the application of field investigation, how to enter the research site and the summary of the research object. The third part is the main part of this study. In the fourth part, the researchers present their views on the subjects, including kindergarten teachers, parents, organizers, small schools, and some voices from donors. The fifth part is the suggestions and reflections on the research, which include: increasing input, basing on local resources, communicating idle resources, increasing manpower, strengthening teacher training, perfecting management system, etc.
