我国幼儿教师政策变迁的文本分析

【摘要】：幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,也是我国学校教育和终身教育的奠基阶段,其中幼儿教师队伍的质量又直接关系着整个学前教育的质量。从政策的视角审视幼儿教师培养与培训、权利与义务、资格与任用等方面的政策文本,以此揭示幼儿教师政策的规律和本质,对于促进幼儿教育师资队伍建设,提高学前教育质量具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Early childhood education is an important part of basic education, and it is also the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education in China. The quality of early childhood teachers is directly related to the quality of the whole preschool education. From the perspective of policy, this paper examines the policy texts of training and training of early childhood teachers, rights and obligations, qualifications and appointment, so as to reveal the law and essence of the policy of early childhood teachers, and to promote the construction of teachers in early childhood education. It is of great significance to improve the quality of preschool education.
