中班幼儿角色游戏中同伴协商行为研究

【摘要】:幼儿同伴协商行为是幼儿在日常生活中通过与同伴之间交流信息,协调与同伴之间的关系,试图与同伴之间达到共同的目的、获取共同的成果而进行相互交流协商的行为方式,具体包括语言观点的交流、获取物品动作的交流以及争取活动空间的交流等。中班幼儿在社会性发展中处于承上启下的阶段,相较于小班幼儿而言,中班幼儿的语言表达能力明显增强,交流技能日趋娴熟,社会认知能力明显提高,有意行为开始发展,能关心同伴的情感反应,协商、助人、合作等行为明显增加,幼儿需要运用各种协商策略与同伴分享玩具、协调意愿,以求得同伴的认可和接纳。由此可见,中班幼儿的同伴协商行为尤为丰富,且复杂多变。已有研究表明,在幼儿的日常生活中,游戏活动是教师观察和了解幼儿各方面发展水平和内心世界的最佳窗口。其中,角色游戏是幼儿园最常见的游戏活动之一。在角色游戏中,通过创设情境,引导幼儿进入角色,培养幼儿愿意与同伴协商的意愿,并通过游戏能与同伴友好协商,会运用简单的协商技巧加入同伴游戏等。由此可见,在幼儿园中,角色游戏对于幼儿的同伴协商行为具有重要的影响作用。因此,本研究选取4-5岁的中班幼儿作为研究对象,以角色游戏为观察情境,主要运用观察法、调查法对中班幼儿角色游戏中同伴协商行为的现状、存在问题、问题原因以及应对策略进行研究和探讨。本研究发现,角色游戏中幼儿的同伴协商行为的现状及问题:第一,幼儿同伴协商对象存在性别差异性;第二,幼儿同伴协商主题缺乏全面性;第三,幼儿同伴协商策略类型单一,缺乏融合性;第四,幼儿同伴协商存在结果差异性。针对这些问题,笔者提出了相应的教育建议:第一,根据性别差异科学投放游戏材料,发挥“男女”幼儿的互补作用;第二,教师引导幼儿进行全面协商,丰富协商主题。第三,提高幼儿的社会交往能力和对融合策略的运用能力;第四,通过训练培养幼儿的移情能力,促进互让和双赢协商结果的发展。
[Abstract]:Peer negotiation is the behavior of children to communicate and negotiate with their peers in daily life by exchanging information, coordinating their relationships with their peers, trying to achieve a common goal and obtaining common results. It includes the exchange of linguistic views, the exchange of objects' actions and the exchange of activities. The middle class children are in the connecting stage in the social development. Compared with the small class children, the middle class children's language expression ability is obviously enhanced, the communication skills become more and more skillful, the social cognition ability is obviously improved, and the intentional behavior begins to develop. Children need to use various negotiation strategies to share toys with their peers and coordinate their intentions in order to gain their recognition and acceptance. It can be seen from this that the peer negotiation behavior of middle-class children is particularly rich and complex. Studies have shown that in the daily life of children, play activities are the best window for teachers to observe and understand the development level and inner world of children. Among them, role play is one of the most common game activities in kindergarten. In the role game, by creating the situation, guiding the children into the role, cultivating the willingness of children to negotiate with their peers, and through the game can negotiate with their peers amicably, they will use simple negotiation skills to join the peer games. It can be seen that in kindergarten, role play plays an important role in children's peer negotiation behavior. Therefore, this study selects 4-5 years old middle class children as the research object, takes the role play as the observation situation, mainly uses the observation method, the investigation method to the middle class child role game in the peer negotiation behavior present situation, has the question. The causes of the problem and the strategies to deal with the problem are studied and discussed. This study found that the status quo and problems of children's peer negotiation behavior in role play: first, there is a gender difference in the subjects of peer negotiation; second, the theme of peer negotiation is lack of comprehensiveness; third, The types of peer negotiation strategies are single and lack of integration; fourth, the results of peer negotiation are different. In view of these problems, the author puts forward the corresponding educational suggestions: first, according to the gender difference scientific game materials, play "male and female" children complementary role; second, teachers guide children to conduct comprehensive consultations, enrich the subject of consultation. Third, improve children's ability of social communication and use of integration strategies; fourth, train children's empathy ability, promote the development of mutual concessions and win-win negotiation results.
