【摘要】：NAEYC(全美幼教协会)是美国最有影响力的民间幼儿教育组织,其在制定幼儿教育质量评价标准、保证各类型幼教机构教育质量方面发挥着重要作用。NAEYC认证系统对幼教机构管理者的角色职能、资格要求及认证程序进行了明确的制度化规定。其中明确的管理者角色、职能及任职要求,开放、多元的资格认证途径以及严格、灵活的资格认证程序等,都对我国幼儿教育体制改革的发展具有积极启示作用。
[Abstract]:Nayyc is the most influential non-governmental early childhood education organization in the United States. It is developing standards for evaluating the quality of early childhood education. The NAEYC certification system has a clear and systematic stipulation on the role, function, qualification requirement and certification procedure of the manager of the preschool education institution. The clear roles, functions and requirements of managers, open, pluralistic ways of qualification certification and strict and flexible certification procedures all have positive implications for the development of early childhood education system reform in China.
