大连市幼儿园新教师园本培训现状调查

【摘要】:幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,幼儿教师是幼儿启蒙教育的引导者,在幼儿成长发展中扮演重要角色。对于刚迈进幼儿园不久的教师,及时、优质的培训能够帮助她们形成正确的教育理念和教学方式,会使她们对幼儿园的工作充满信心。 笔者通过对大连市幼儿园新教师园本培训的现状进行调查研究,,深入分析幼儿园新教师在园本培训中存在的问题,并针对存在问题提出改进策略。 全文由六部分组成: 第一部分:问题的提出部分,包括研究背景和研究意义。 第二部分:国内外对新教师入职适应研究和幼儿教师园本培训研究现状。 第三部分:介绍本研究的研究目的、研究对象和研究方法。 第四部分:通过对幼儿园的调查走访,运用问卷访谈等多种方式对幼儿园新教师的基本情况和新教师园本培训的现状进行调查分析。 第五部分:分析幼儿园新教师园本培训存在的问题,如:部分幼儿园新教师缺乏参与园本培训的积极性、培训内容不能完全满足新教师的基本需求、培训形式缺乏变化、培训考核激励制度不完善等。 第六部分:从教师自身、幼儿园的角度探讨解决幼儿园新教师园本培训有问题的策略。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is an important part of basic education. Preschool teacher is the guide of young children's enlightenment education. It plays an important role in the development and development of children. For the teachers who have just entered the kindergarten, timely and high quality training can help them to form the correct educational ideas and teaching methods, which will make them full of the work of the kindergarten. Full of confidence.
Through the investigation and Research on the current situation of the new kindergarten teacher training in Dalian kindergarten, the author deeply analyzes the problems existing in the kindergarten new teachers' training in the kindergarten based training, and puts forward some improvement strategies in view of the existing problems.
The full text consists of six parts:
The first part is the introduction of the problem, including the background and significance of the study.
The second part: domestic and foreign research on the entry of new teachers and kindergarten teachers' kindergarten based training.
The third part introduces the research purpose, research objects and research methods.
The fourth part is to investigate and analyze the basic situation of the new kindergarten teachers and the current situation of the new teacher's Kindergarten Based on the investigation and interview with the kindergarten.
The fifth part: analysis of the problems of kindergarten new teachers' kindergarten based training, for example, some new teachers lack the enthusiasm of participating in the kindergarten based training. The training content can not fully meet the basic needs of the new teachers, the training form is not changed, the training and assessment incentive system is not perfect.
The sixth part: from the perspective of teachers themselves and kindergartens, this paper discusses the strategies to solve the problems of Kindergarten Based kindergarten teacher training.
