天津市幼儿园青年教师职业认同现状的调查研究

【摘要】:随着现在社会的进步与发展,社会对幼教质量的要求日益提高,对幼儿园教师的素质也提出了更高的要求。幼儿园青年教师这一群体是幼儿园的重要组成部分,她们可塑性很强、热情高涨、精力旺盛,接受和理解新鲜事物的能力较强,她们的专业发展对于幼儿教育的发展起着非常重要的作用,是推动幼儿园快速、稳定发展的后备力量和重要的执行者。本文选取天津市幼儿园186名青年教师作为研究对象,采用了问卷调查法、访谈法为主要研究方法,旨在了解幼儿园青年教师的专业发展现状,发现存在的问题,进而对问题进行客观的分析,最后结合现实情况为幼儿园青年教师的专业发展提出相应性的建议。本研究的调查结果为:(1)天津市幼儿园青年教师的总体水平较高。职业认同四个的方面的得分均值由高到低为:职业行为倾向、职业归属感、职业价值观、角色价值观。(2)不同年龄、教龄、学历、编制、职称、地区、幼儿园性质的教师之间,职业认同水平之间差异显著。(3)幼儿园青年教师职业认同水平的高低是由许多原因引起的,例如:国家政策、制度管理等外在因素。本研究根据调查数据和分析结果,阐明了提高天津市幼儿园青年教师职业认同水平的一些建议。一是端正角色认知,缓解职业倦怠;二是改善制度管理,共享政策扶持;三是提供社会支持,缩小发展差距。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of the society, the quality of kindergarten teachers is required to be higher and higher. The group of young kindergarten teachers is an important part of the kindergarten. They are highly plastic, enthusiastic, energetic, and able to accept and understand new things. Their professional development plays a very important role in the development of early childhood education. It is a reserve force and an important executor to promote the rapid and stable development of kindergartens. In this paper, 186 young teachers in kindergartens in Tianjin were selected as the research objects, questionnaire survey and interview were used as the main research methods, in order to understand the current situation of professional development of young kindergarten teachers and find out the existing problems. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the professional development of young kindergarten teachers. The result of this study is: 1) the overall level of young kindergarten teachers in Tianjin is high. The average scores of the four aspects of professional identity ranged from high to low: professional behavior tendency, occupational belonging, professional values, role values, different ages, teaching age, educational background, establishment, professional title, district, kindergarten nature of teachers, The level of professional identity of young kindergarten teachers is caused by many reasons, such as national policy, institutional management and other external factors. Based on the investigation data and the analysis results, this study expounds some suggestions for improving the level of professional identity of young kindergarten teachers in Tianjin. One is to correct role cognition to alleviate job burnout; the other is to improve system management and share policy support; third, to provide social support to narrow the development gap.
