畅想瑞吉欧社区式管理模式在中国幼儿园的推行

【摘要】：瑞吉欧的社区式管理模式是一种激发教师与家长、幼儿园与社区合作参与的一种教育管理模式,其特点是在整个社会的全员参与下,合作与沟通的优势得到充分的展现。这样一种良好的管理模式是瑞吉欧课程理念推行的基石。当前,教育改革在我国农村、城市幼儿园的推行现状,也让我大胆畅想瑞吉欧社区式管理模式在我国的践行。
[Abstract]:Reggio's community management model is a kind of educational management mode which stimulates teachers and parents, kindergartens and communities to participate in cooperation. Its characteristic is that the advantages of cooperation and communication are fully displayed with the participation of all members of the whole society. Such a good management model is the cornerstone of the implementation of Reggio's curriculum concept. At present, the implementation of educational reform in rural areas and urban kindergartens makes me bold to imagine the practice of Reggio community management model in our country.
